Barang bukti yang diamankan oleh Satres Koba Polres Sumenep atas penangkapan eks Kepala Desa.

SUMENEP (transmadura.com) – Penyalahgunaan Narkoba jenis Sabu-Sabu (SS) di Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur sudah menyasar sejumlah kalangan. Kali ini, Mantan Kepala Desa (Kades) Sera Tengah, Kecamatan Bluto, W (inisial, laki-laki) dibekuk polisi.

Dia ditangkap lantaran kedapatan menggelar pesta barang haram di salah satu cafe di Kecamatan Saronggi. Pria kelahiran 1978 ini ditangkap bersama seorang perempuan RJ, asal Desa Sera Timur Kecamatan Bluto. Keduanya sudah digelandang ke Mapolres Sumenep.

Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep AKP Widiarti menjelaskan, penangkapan mantan kades dan seorang perempuan itu berawal dari laporan warga. Jika di cafe itu sering dijadikan tempat konsumsi dan transaksi narkoba . Sehingga, langsung dilakukan serangkaian penyelidikan.

“Setelah mendapatkan info A1, polisi langsung bergerak dan melakukan penggerebekan ke lokasi dimaksud ternyata petugas menemukan poket Sabu,” katanya.

Menurut Widi, Narkoba itu ditemukan di depan kamar pelaku. Kemudian dilakukan konfrontasi kepada pelaku, dan mengaku atas kepemilikan barang haram itu. “Karena diakui, sehingga polisi langsung menggelandang pelaku dan barang bukti (BB) ke kantor polisi,” ucapnya.

Sementara, sambung dia, dari tangan pelaku polisi berhasil mengamankan BB berupa satu poket sabu seberat ± 0,28 gram, seperangkat alat hisap, HP dab sebuah korek api.

“Tersangka dijerat dengan asal 114 ayat (1) Subs Pasal 112 ayat (1) Subs. Pasal 127 ayat (1) huruf a UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika. Dan, rersangka sudah dilakukan penahanan di rutan Polres Sumenep,” tuturnya. (Madi/Red)
