Jadi tanpa menunggu Keputusan pusat,” kata Ketua MP3.S, Sahnan.
Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (DPMD) Sumenep , Moh Ramli mengatakan, ditundanya Pilkades serentak adalah wujud kepatuhan pemerintah daerah terhadap pemerintah pusat, yakni kementerian.
“Pemerintah daerah harus patuh terhadap peraturan pemerintah pusat,” Ungkap Ramli.
Sehingga, menurutnya pada di level terakhir kabupaten Sumenep masuk level 2, dalam waktu dekat sedang berproses melakukan konsultasi yang diformalkan lewat surat untuk minta ketentuan waktu khusus kabupaten Sumenep bisa melanjutkan tahapan Pilkades yang tertunda dalam pemungutan suara.
“itu ketentuan lain yang dimaksud dan mencoba sudah mengusulkan bulan 10 pengajuan kami akan dilakukan tapi berdasarkan ketentuan pusat karena pusat yang memberikan ketentuan untuk ditunda kami butuh jawaban tertulis dan juga penundaan dengan tertulis juga,” ucapnya.
Dirinya menyatakan, kemungkinan dalam satu dua hari ini surat akan selesai dan akan di kirim ke pusat yakni kementerian di Jakarta. “Tunggu saja ini masih berproses,” janjinya.
Selain itu, lanjut Ramli, terkait anggaran Pilkades dan masa kerja panitia termasuk honor melihat ketentuan yang ada. Namun sampai saat ini belum ada ketentuan lain.
“Alokasi honor selama empat bulan dalam artian bukan masa kerjanya panitia empat bulan , sebab di perbup sudah diatur bahwa masa kerja panitia sejak diangkat disahkannya masa kerja panitia masa bakti sejak diangkatnya oleh BPD sampai disahkannya hasil pelaksanaan pemungutan suara oleh bupati,” tutupnya.
