Kapolsek Kecamatan Manding, Iptu Syaifuddin mengatakan, jika sebaran Foto Hoax itu sengaja dibuat dan disebar secara berantai melalui medsos WhatsAAp di wilayah kecaman Manding.
“Itu sengaja di edit seakan akan meninggalnya orang itu karena di vaksin,” ujarnya.
Padahal, pria warga Desa Giring itu karena sakit biasa bukan karena Covid-19. “Itu meninggal karena sakit biasa,” katanya.
Sehingga, dirinya berharap kepada masyarakat, agar tidak mudah percaya dengan sebaran foto atau Vidio yang tidak jelas sumbernya, karena itu hanya ingin membuat masyarakat resah.
“Kami akan mencari siapa yang membuat sebaran foto hoax itu, karena sudah meresahkan masyarakat,” tutupnya.
