NUSANTARA, (TransMadura.com) – Timsus Subdit III Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Jawa Timur, bongkar perdagangan alat kesehatan (tabung oksigen) di Sidoarjo. Pasalnya, polisi menangkap dua orang tersangka, Jumat, (9/7/2021) lalu.
Kedua tersangka yang berhasil diamankan, yakni AS dan TW.
Keduanya mempunyai peran masing – masing, untuk tersangka AS, dia membeli tabung oksigen dari PT. NI dengan harga Rp 700.000, dan menjualnya kembali ke pembeli FR dengan harga Rp 1.350.000, dimana harga eceran tertinggi Rp 750 ribu.
Tersangka AS dalam menjalankan aksinya dibantu oleh tersangka TW, yang tak lain adalah adik kandungnya sendiri. Dimana tersangka TW memasarkan tabung oksigen melalui media sosial (Facebook) dan juga Whatshapp grup. Sehingga tersangka AS dan TW memperoleh keuntungan setiap tabung oksigen sebesar Rp 650.000.
Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Nico Afinta, menjelaskan, dalam operasi aman nusa telah melakukan kegiatan yang telah diberikan oleh Kabareskrim dan Kapolri, dalam rangka penanganan Covid-19, yakni menjamin ketersediaan obat – obatan, ketersediaan oksigen dan penyaluran bantuan sosial.
“Dari tugas itu, polda jatim mendapatkan informasi adanya dugaan penyaluran oksigen. Kami dari satgas bekerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah dan dinas kesehatan untuk memastikan ketersediaan oksigen, kelancaran distribusi dan stabilitas harga,” jelas Irjen Nico Afinta, Senin (12/7/2021) siang.
Tim satgas polda jatim mendapatkan informasi, bahwa ada penjualan tabung oksigen diatas harga eceran tertinggi. Lalu dalam situasi sekarang banyak masyarakat yang membutuhkan oksigen. Khususnya masyarakat yang sakit covid-19.
“Disisi lain ada orang yang mencari keuntungan dengan membeli oksigen dan menjual kepada orang lain dengan harga dua kali lipat,” tambahnya.
Dengan adanya laporan tersebut, polda jatim melakukan pendalaman dan berhasil menyita 129 tabung oksigen yang berada di sidoarjo. Kemudian tim satgas gakkum mendapatkan nama tersangka di media sosial (Facebook).
“Kami menghimbau agar masyarakat tidak membeli tabung oksigen untuk disimpan dan obat – obatan untuk disimpan terlebih lagi untuk dijual kembali,” ucap dia.
Sementara untuk tersangka masih dilakukan pendalaman, dan untuk tabung oksigen akan diserahkan ke distributor kembali. Yang nantinya bisa diserahkan kepada yang membutuhkan dengan harga yang sesuai.
Kepada para pelaku akan dijerat dengan Pasal 62 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 10 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen.
