NUSANTARA, (TransMadura.com) – Sekelompok pemuda asal Madura yang tergabung dalam Pamekasan Progress mendesak Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk mengambil alih kasus mobil sigap di Kabupaten Pamekasan yang diduga melibatkan Bupati Badrut Tamam.
Mereka melakukan aksi demonstrasi di depan Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (23/04/2021).
Koordinator Aksi Imam Hanafi Abdullah mengatakan, bahwa aksi tersebut sudah kedua kalinya dilakukan dalam rangka mengawal penuntasan kasus dugaan penyelewengan pengadaan mobil sigap di Pamekasan.
“Jadi ini aksi yang kedua dengan tuntutan yang sama yaitu meminta KPK turun ke Pamekasan karena disana ada kasus dugaan korupsi mobil sigap yang sampai sakarang tidak jelas proses hukumnya ,” kata Imam.
Menurut Imam, penanganan kasus ini dianggap tidak transparan bahkan diduga ada intervensi kekuasaan.
“Kalau dibiarkan kasus ini akan kusut dan akhirnya hilang begitu saja, dalam proses hukumnya saja sudah ada indikasi kongkalikong. Bayangkan setelah ditangani Kejari Pamekasan dan sudah masuk tahap penyidikan malah dilimpahkan ke Inspektorat Pamekasan. Seakan ada kesengajaan mengulur-ngulur waktu dan tumpang tindih dalam proses hukumnya,” ujarnya.
Imam mendesak KPK untuk segera periksa Bupati Pamekasan Badrut Taman karena pengadaan mobil sigap ini merupakan programnya.
“Untuk menuntaskan kasus ini, KPK harus segera panggil dan periksa Badrut Tamam karena ia yang paling bertanggung jawab sebagai bupati yang punya program ini” paparnya.
“Pamekasan Progress akan terus kawal kasus ini dan kami percayakan ke KPK untuk mengambil alih kasus ini hingga mentersangkakan semua yang terlibat” tutup imam. (SK/red)
