90 Lebih Penerima BOP Pesantren di Sumenep, Tahun 2020 Diduga Banyak Bermasalah

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP) Pesantren Covid-19 dari Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) RI di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, banyak masalah. Pasalnya, 90 lebih penerima BOP tahun anggaran 2020 disinyalir tidak sesuai juknis, bahkan jomplang dalam realisasinya.

“Sumenep ada 90 lebih pemerima BOP tahun 2020 dan sudah 100 persen cair, namun di lapangan ada banyak masalah,” kata Ketua Bara JP Sumenep, Asmoni.

Sehingga, dirinya dari awal sudah mencium indikasi ketidak beresan salah satunya ketidak tahuan pihak Kemenag daerah dan ketidak sesuaian antara juknis yang ditetapkan oleh dirjen Pendidikan Islam Kemenag pelaksanaan dibawah.

“Pelaksanaan d bawah dimana Lembaga pesantren Besar mendapatkan dana kecil. sedangkan pesantren kecil di pelosok dapat dana paling besar, ini jomplang dan aneh,” ungkapnya.

Yang paling anehnya lagi, informasi dibeberapa pesantren besar ternyata ada yang menyatakan tidak pernah mengajukan Bantuan BOP tahun 2020 tersebut.

“Berarti ada yang main ini, ini sudah kita inventarisir dan kami cek ke bawah dan kita ada data rekaman vidio pernyataan dan daftar nama nama pesantren penerima, tinggal kroscek saja,” tegasnya.

Sehingga, pihaknya memastikan Ada sekenario besar terkait bantuan oprasional pesantren covid-19. “Seyogyanya dalam juknis sudah dijelaskan tentang peran kemenag kabupaten, kanwil kemenag PPK yang kenyataannya dilapangan kemenag sumenep tidak pernah dilibatkan,” jelasnya

“Itu hanya sebagian kecil penerima bantuan itu,” ucapnya.

Sehingga, dirinya dengan tegas masalah tersebut, akan mengirimkan surat aduan ke Kementerian Agama RI. “Kami dalam dekat ini akan melayangkan surat aduan hasil temuan dilapangan,” tutupnya.

Selain itu juga yang paling mengenaskan, pencatutan nama Pondok Pesantren Annuqayah daerah Lubangsa Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura Jawa Timur tidak pernah mengajukan permohonan Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP) Pesantren ke Kemenag,

namun ternyata ada orang-orang tidak dikenal yang mencairkan BOP Pesantren tahap III dengan mengatasnamakan Annuqayah Lubsa di BNI Unit Pragaan.

Setelah pengasuh Pondok-Pesantren Annuqayah, KH. Muhammad Ali Fikri, M.Pd.I, memperoleh data otentik mengenai adanya dugaan penggelapan BOP Pesantren, Direktur Lembaga Konsultasi dan Bantuan Hukum IAIN Madura, Sulaisi Abdurrazaq, dkk ditunjuk menjadi Penasehat Hukum Pondok Pesantren Annuqayah Daerah Lubangsa Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura Jawa Timur.

Menurut Sulaisi, terdapat beberapa kejanggalan yang sangat mencolok, yaitu; Pertama, BOP Pesantren tahap III sebesar Rp. 50.000.000,- (lima puluh juta rupiah) tersebut berasal dari Kemenag, namun penerima yang terdata di Kemenag tercatat bernama Pondok Pesantren An Nuqoyah Lubsa Guluk-Guluk Sumenep.

“Padahal sementara data yang benar milik klien kami adalah Pondok Pesantren An- Nuqayah Daerah Lubangsa Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura Jawa Timur. Jadi dugaan kami, peristiwa ini sistemik dan sejak pengajuan sudah menggunakan data palsu/dipalsukan” kata Sulaisi, Jumat (2/4/2021) melalui rilisnya.
