Kondisi jalan utama Kecamatan Guluk-guluk, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur sangat miris. Pasalnya, jalan yang menghubungkan Kecamatan Guluk-guluk dan Kecamatan Ganding panjang sekitar 300 meter itu rusak parah menyebabkan pengguna terganggu.
Kubang jalan menjadi genangan air saat hujan.sehingga pengendara harus ekstra hati-hati saat melintasi jalan tersebut. Jalan yang berkubang hampir terjadi semua badan jalan. Lubang itu cukup dalam, sekitar 2-5 Cm.
Kondisi jalan tersebut berada di Desa Ketawang Laok tepatnya disepanjang jalan mulai depan Balai Desa Ketawang Lok, Kecamatan Guluk-guluk hingga sebelah barat gudang tembakau Gudang Garam.
Saat ini Pemerintah Daerah memasang himbauan agar pengguna jalan hati-hati saat melintasi jalan tersebut. Peringatan itu dituliskan dalam bener berukuran kecil dengan tulisan “Hati-hati Jalan Rusak” dan dipasang di pepohonan.
“Sudah lama jalan ini yang rusak, tapi belum diperbaiki,” kata Ahmad salah satu pengendara yang hampir setiap hari melewati jalan tersebut.
Dia berharap, kerusakan tersebut segera diperbaiki. Karena bukan hanya jalur utama penghubung antar kecamatan, menjalankan jalan tersebut menjadi jalan utama warga saat hendak ke pasar tradisional Pakong, Pemekasan dari arah selatan.
“Jadi mobilisasi masyarakat cukup tinggi. Kami harap kondisi jalan ini dapat perhatian dari pemerintah, sehingga kerusakan tidak semakin parah,” harap dia.
Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Bina Marga Sumenep Eri Susanto mentatakan, tahun ini akan diperbaiki.
Untuk perbaikan, PU Bina Marga menganggarkan sebesar Rp900 juta yang bersumberkan dari dana APBD tingkat II. “Untuk jalan di Guluk-guluk anggarannya Rp900 juta” tutupnya.
