SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Sudahnan alias pak Rusdi warga Dusun Ketapang, Desa Jaddung, Kecamatan Pragaan, telah melaporkan FSL (Inisial) warga Dusun Galis, Desa yang sama ke Polsek Prenduan. Pasalnya, mereka melaporkan dalam kasus tindak pidana pengaiayaan dalam pasal 353 KUHP, Selasa, (8/12/2020) lalu.
Sesuai Laporan Polisi (LP) nomor LP/ 40/XII/Res/1.6/2020/Reskrim Sumenep/ SPKT Polsek Prenduan. Tertanggal 8 desember 2020 datang sekira pukul 8:30 wib.
Menurut keterangan pelapor (Sudahnan), peristiwa tindak pidana penganiayaan itu terjadi bermula pada saat dirinya mengantar batu bata pesanan Pak Umay di Dusun Malakah, Desa Jaddung.
Setelah sampai di lokasi, mau menurunkan batu bata tersebut. Namun saat itu jalannya becek dan pemesan menyuruh diturunkan di atas atau dipinggir jalan.
Namun saat itu bapak Muharrah, melarang diturunkan ke lokasi itu dan terjadi cekcok mulut. “Saya cekcok mulut dengan pak muharrah,” tutur Sudahnan Pelapor.
Sehingga, jelas pelapor, tiba tiba anaknya pak Muharra, yakni FSl (Terlapor) datang membawa clurit ingin membacok dirinya. “anaknya datang membawa clurit ingin membacok saya,” katanya.
Tidak sampai terjadi, datang Pak Ubay melerai menyuruh pulang ke rumah. Namun setelah sampai di rumahnya, dirinya duduk di poskamling ojekan.
“Tiba tiba FSL.datang lagi menuduh saya melaporkan ke polisi, padahal saat itu saya tidak melaporkan,’ tuturnya.
Lalu, si terlapor FSL memukul dengan tangan kanan, sehingga mengenai bahu. “Dia memukul saya, saya saat itu tidak bisa bergerak, karena saya di pegang oleh bu Herul, datang lagi herul juga langsung memukul saya, bahkan berkali herul dan menginjak nginjak saya,” ucapnya.
Sehingga, karena dianiaya, dirinya melaporkan peristiwa itu ke Polsek Prenduan.
Sementara, Kapolsek Prenduan, Aiptu Achmad Supyadi, SH belum bisa dimintai keterangan tentang perkembangan kasus tersebut.
