SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Laporan kasus dugaan penyimpangan kapal tongkang BUMDes Gersik Putih, Kecamatan Gapura, terus mengelinding. pengumpulan data (Piuldata). Bahkan Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, mendalami dengan mengumpulkan bahan keterangan (Pulbaket).

Informasinya, Korp Bhayangkara itu sudah meminta sejumlah data terkait pengelolaan kapal tongkang itu. Baik kepada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD), dan juga kepada pihak BUMDes. Ini berkaitan sekitar pengelolaan kapal dan kontribusia terhadap PADes selama ini.

Pelapor Syaifiddin, yang juga aktifis LIPK menjelaskan, pihaknya mengaku senang karena polisi mulai memproses laporan dugaan penyimpangan pengelolaan tongkang Gersik Putih. “Semua pihak yang diduga mengetahui atas kasus itu sudah dimintai data dan keterangan. Ini progress yang cukup baik,” katanya.

Bahkan, sambung dia, keterangan dari pihak polisi, pihak BUMDes juga sudah diminta data terkait. Sehingga, pihaknya berkeyakinan jika penyelidik akan menuntaskan kasus tersebut. “Progres semacam ini sangat kita nantikan perkembangannya. Sehingga, perlu diusut tuntas,” ucapnya santai.

Pihaknya berharap kasus ini bisa segera dilidik dan kemudian masuk ke penyidikan. Bahkan, jika memang ada bukti yang mengarah kepada pidana maka bisa diproses hingga munculnya tersangka. “Kami harap ini segera dituntaskan. Masyarakat Gersik Putih menunggu gerakan dari Polres Sumenep,” tuturnya.

Ketua BUMDes Haris mengakui jika dirinya sudah dimintai data oleh tim Polres Sumenep. Pihaknya sudah mengadap dan memberikan data yang ada. “Ya, kami sudah memberikan data ke Polres Sumenep, terkait pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes,” katanya.

Dia menegaskan, kapal tongkang itu baru beroperasi sejak Mei 2019. Sementara sebelumnya masih dalam tahap uji coba. “Kalau 2018, tidak pengoperasian kapal tongkal mas. Sementara pada awal 2019 Januari hingga hingga bulan Mei itu masih uji coba,” tuturnya.

Sekadar diketahui, pengelolaan Kapal Tongkang oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Gersik Putih, Kecamatan Gapura telah dilaporkan ke Polres setempat. Sebab, kapal yang dibuat pada 2017 lalu itu disinyalir tidak menyetorkan PADes. Padahal, kabarnya pendapatannya cukup besar.

Informasinya dari LIPK (Lembaga Independen Pengawas Keuangan), kapal usaha pengangkutan itu berkapasita 22 motor. Sementara tarifnya Rp 5 ribu per motor. Namun, saat ini sudah sesuai perbup yakni Rp 2.900.
