Anggota BPD Desa Sana Tengah, Buchari menyampaikan, bahwa selama tiga tahun menjabat menjadi anggota BPD tidak pernah dapat hak gajinya.
“Selama 3 tahun menjadi anggota BPD, saya tidak pernah dapat gaji, sebab ini bagiam dari hak saya,” katanya.
Sehingga, dirinya sangat berharap hak gajinya dapat diberikan. “Itu hak saya, jadi saya minta untuk diberikan,” ungkapnya.
Kuasa Hukum Pengadu, Ach. Dlofirul anam, S.H.I. M.H, mengatakan, kliennya menjadi BPD Desa Sana Tengah, sudah sejak tahun 2008. Namun hingga tahun 2020 ini belum diberikan sama sekali. “Seharusnya hak gaji didapat oleh klien kami,” ujarnya.
Sehingga, dirinya menyatakan, hal tersebut sudah melanggar hukum atas dugaan pemggelapan hak gaji BPD. “Makanya kami bersama klien mengadu ke Mapolres Pamekasan, karena ini murni sebuah tindak pidana kejahatan penggelapan atau masuk kategori tindak korupsi,” tutupnya.
