Diduga Mengurangi Volume, Agen E-Warung di Sumenep Diadukan ke Polisi

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Salah satu agen E-Warung sebagai penyaluran Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) program pemerintah Kemensos di Desa Essang, Kecamatan Talango di adukan ke Polisi. Pasalnya realisasi atau penyaluran barang kepada Keluarga Peneriman Mamfaat (KPM) diduga mengurangi volume.

“Kami adukan agen E-warung Desa Essang ke Polres Sumenep, sebab ada indikasi korupsi/ penyaluran sembako BPNT itu tidak sesuai mengurangi volume,” kata Sekjen Lembaga Tim Operasi Penyelamat Aset Negara (Topan), Tri Ahmad, usai melaporkan, Senin (24/8/2020).

Pihaknya menunjukkan tanda yang merima surat aduan ke Kejari, Polres Sumenep, Dinsos, dan Bank Mandiri setempat tersebut diterima oleh pihak polres bernama Mawardi dan Yutama, pada tanggal 24/8/2020.

Menurutnya, dari hasil investigasi penerima mamfaat, Dana bantuan non tunai sebesar Rp 200ribu itu yang masuk ke rekening KPM, seharusnya menerima sesuai besar dana yang masuk ke ATM, namun faktanya secara rincian barang yang diterima hanya sejumlah Rp. 149.500.

“Faktanya dari hasil temuan kami dilapangan, KPM hanya menerima barang sebesar Rp. 149.500 yang seharusnya utuh terima barang sejumlah total harga Rp 200 ribu,” ungkapnya.

Sehingga, dia merinci secara detail jumlah volume barang, Beras 15 kg 127ribu, telur 10 butir Rp 15 ribu, kacang tanah 1/4 kg Rp.7500, dengan total yang dibelanjakan KPM total Rp. 149.500.

“Setelah kami rinci kerugian per KPM berkisar kurang lebih Rp. 50.500 ,” jelasnya.

Sementara, jumlah penerima mamfaat BPNT di Desa Essang yang tersebar di 6 dusun kurang lebih 640 KPM. “Dari jumlah KPM itu, separuhnya tersebar di Dusun Pesisir, Dusun Tokerbuy dan Dusun Bunis, sekitar 325 KPM di Hendle toko Sumber Rejeki dengan nomor agen 008-1207-1204808 Bank Mandiri.

Sementara, Agen E-Warung Sumber Rejeki, Edi Hartono menyampaikan jika penyaluran dilakukan secara paket kepada KPM. “Ya memang sembako itu di salurkan secara paket, karena sudah ada musyawarah sepakat dengan KPM,” ucapnya Senin, (24/8/2020) melalui telpon genggamnya.

Ditanya penyaluran barang mengurangi volume, dia menepis bahwa penyaluran sudah sesuai tehnis dengan jumlah harga barang.

“Sudah sesuai sembako yang di salurkan, selama ini tidak ada masalah dengan KPM, Tutupnya.
