Proses Pembuatan kripik paru sapi ini dengan melalui proses yang agak lama karena paru sapi yang basah itu dikeringkan dulu itupun memerlukan waktu panas yang cukup sekitar 1 sampai 2 hari, baru bisa kering.

Sedangkan Kripik Paru Sapi, yang kering dan mentah dijual dengan harga kisaran per kilonya Rp 400.000,- Sedangkan harga Masak Sudah digoreng dengan kisaran Harga Rp 350.000,- perkilonya itupun yang Pakai Bumbu dan tepung, sedangkan harga kripik paru sapi yang kualitas bagus di goreng dengan bumbu kisaran Rp 600.000,- namun polos tidak pakai tepung. Hanya pakai bumbu dan tidak pakai tepung. Akan tetapi Kripik Paru Sapi memang harga jualnya cukup fantastis.
