SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) melalui Dana Desa mendapatkan perhatian komisi I DPRD Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur.
Komisi Bidang Pemerintahan ini meminta bijak dalam mendata penerima bantuan tersebut, sehingga tepat sasaran dan tepat guna.
Saat ini pemerintah memang lagi memberikan BLT lewat Dana Desa. Anggaran ditetapkan berkisar Rp 600 ribu per Kepala Keluarga (KK). Dan, ini akan diberikan selama kurun waktu tiga bulan, yakni sejak bulan April hingga Juni 2020.
“Kita memang harus prudent (bijaksana,red) untuk urusan itu, karena yang kita hadapi saat ini bukan bencana alam seperti banjir, tsunami maupun tanah longsor dan sebagainya,” kata Ketua Komisi I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Sumenep, Darul Hasyim Fath,
Menurutnya, BLT DD sebenarnya Pemerintah Pusat telah menciptakan parameter regulasi yang terang sebagaimana tertuang dalam surat keputusan bersama antara Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) dan Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu).
“Urusan update pendataan penerima BLT Dana Desa non PKH dan Sembako itu, saya kira pemerintah yang berkewajiban memastikan alur regulasi yang sudah digariskan oleh Pemerintah Pusat,” tegasnya.
Untuk itu, pihaknya berharap kepada seluruh stakeholder di lingkungan Pemerintah Desa di Kabupaten berlambang kuda terbang ini, pendataan calon penerima BLT Dana Desa harus valid dan terverifikasi dengan objektif. Dengan demikian, keresahan di tengah masyarakat tidak akan terjadi.
“Jadi, sebagai Ketua Komisi I saya ingin mengatakan ayo pemerintah desa dan pihak berwenang lainnya sama-sama untuk menjaga kawasan masing-masing supaya ihwal yang kontroversial di tengah pandemi Covid-19 tidak terjadi,” harapnya.
Politisi PDI Perjuangan ini berharap masyarakat penerima harus menerima manfaat. Dengan kata lain, warga penerima adalah yang sesuai denga ketentuan yang berlaku. “Ya, harus sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. jangan sampai ada yang berhak, tapi tak mendapatkan. Kami harap arif dalam menyikapi ini, ” ungkapnya.
