Nusantara, (TransMadura.com) -Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kulon Progo, Jogjakarta, akhirnya menahan Kades Banguncipto, HS (55) dan Bendahara Desa, SM (61) sejak Selasa (3/12/2019).
Kades HS dan Bendaharanya, SM jadi tersangka dugaan korupsi dana desa sebesar Rp 1,15 miliar dari LPj APBDes 2014-2018.
Sebelum menahan, Tim Penyidik Kejari Kulon Progo menggeledah Balai Desa Banguncipto, Kecamatan Sentolo. Dalam penggeledahan itu, petugas menyita sejumlah dokumen.
Saat digeledah, petugas membawa sejumlah dokumen terkait penggunaan APBDes yang berasal dari Dana Desa, ADD, maupun dari PAD dan pihak ketiga lainnya.
Kepala Kejari Kulon Progo, Widagdo Mulyono Petrus, menjelaskan penetapan kedua tersangka berawal dari laporan masyarakat pada tanggal 6 November 2019.
Atas laporan itu, Kejaksaan langsung melakukan penyelidikan. Melihat LPJ, dokumen APBDes dan SPP serta SPM dari tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2018 kepada Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) Banguncipto.
“Dari dokumen itu kami minta, berupa LPJ tahun 2014-2018, dokumen APBDes murni maupun perubahan tahun 2014-2018, kemudian ada juga berupa SPP dan SPM, itupun tidak lengkap. Karena kami hanya temukan yang tahun 2018 dan hanya beberapa, untuk SPM SPP tahun 2014-2017 tidak ada di ruang bendahara,” katanya
Setelah 14 hari penyelidikan, kejaksaan menemukan adanya dugaan penyelewengan anggaran, mulai dari pembangunan fisik hingga pengadaan barang fiktif yang mengarah kepada kades dan bendahara desa.
Dari penyidikan, kejaksaan meningkatan status penyidikan. Keduanya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka lalu dilakukan penahanan.
Hasil penyidik dari dokumen yang ada, kedua tersangka diduga melakukan pemotongan dana, lalu ada kegiatan yang sengaja di mark up dan bersifat fiktif.
