Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, diminta untuk bekerja atau menganalisis sesuai instrumen regulasi. Pasalnya dari beberapa laporan kasus yang masuk ke kantor adhyiaksa sampai saat ini masih belum terselesaikan.
Salah satunya laporan dugaan penyimpangan bantuan beras untuk warga sejahtera (Rastra) atau Raskin Desa/Kecamatan Gayam, Pulau Sapudi yang belum tuntas.
Ha itu disapaikan Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumenep, Darul Hasyim Fath, bahwa Penegak hukum harus bekerja dengan melakukan kajian instrumen regulasi.
Sehingga, di lain pihak publik menakar kinerja aparat, penegak hukum dengan ekspektasi berikut kecendrungan Prasangka merupakan perilaku negatif (prejudice).
“Kami percaya kejaksaan akan bekerja sebagaimana yang di gariskan. Kalau memang alat bukti terverifikasi sudah memenuhi prasyarat lainnya yang menjadi unsur, lakukan sesuai hasil kajian,” ungkanya.
Sebelumnya, Keseriusan Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sumemep memproses laporan dugaan penyimpangan bantuan beras untuk warga sejahtera (Rastra) atau Raskin Desa/Kecamatan Gayam, Pulau Sapudi dipertanyakan.
Hingga saat ini belum ada perkembangan yang berarti tentang laporan tersebut, alias jalan ditempat.
Laporan tersebut disampaikan oleh Moh. Toha warga Dusun/Desa/Kecamatan Gayam dengan terlapor H. As’ari. Setumpuk berkas laporan beserta bukti-bukti dugaan penyimpangan Rastra atau Raskin disampaikan ke Kejari Sumenep pada 5 Agustus 2019 lalu.
“Sudah empat bulan laporan dugaan penyimpangan Raskin Desa/Kecamatan Gayam disampaikan ke Kejari. Tapi tidak ada perkembangan apapun,” kata Syafrawi, Kuasa Hukum Pelapor.
Sesuai berkas laporan jelas mantan aktivis Malang itu indikasi penyimpangan pada pendistribusian yang diduga tidak sesuai aturan. Sehingga, sesuai ketentuan, pendistribusian bantuan tersebut didistribusikan setiap bulan dengan takaran 15 Kg setiap Kelompok Penerima Manfaat (KPM) dan pada akhirnya hanya 10 Kg dan dibagikan secara gratis.
Sesuai hasil konsultasi dengan pihak Kejari, kata Syafrawi perkara itu akan diproses setelah pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) digelar. “Mestinya sudah diproses, karena Pilkades telah selesai,” ungkap ketua Peradi Madura Raya itu.
Pilkades serentak di 226 desa di Kabupaten Sumenep dilaksanakan pada 7 November untuk wilayah daratan dan 14 November 2019 untuk wilayah kepulauan.
