SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Pelaksanaan tes tambahan bagi bakal calon kepala desa (Bacakades) di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur direncanakan digelar awal Oktober 2019.
“Kami jadwalkan tes akan dilakukan tanggal 2 Oktober 2019,” kata Moh. Ramli, Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) Sumenep, Kamis,
Tes tambahan ini meliputi tes tulis dan tes wawancara. Tes bakal diikuti sebanyak 300 peserta dari 41 desa yang bacakadesnya lebih dari lima orang.
Tim Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) serentak tingkat kabupaten melibatkan salah satu universitas swasta sebagai pihak ketiga, termasuk teknis pelaksanaan.
“Pihak ketiga adalah Universitas Merdeka Malang. Nanti pelaksanaanya akan diletakan di Gedung Korpri,” tuturnya.
Ramli berharap pihak ketiga profesional dalam melaksanakan seleksi. “Pelaksanan kami harap dilakukan secara independen, tidak ada keperpihakan, semua calon diberika soal dan dilakukan dalam tempat yang sama,” ungkapnya.
Setelah pelaksanaan tes selesai kata dia nilai tes tambahan nantinya akan diserahkan langsung kepada panitia. “Tim akan diserahkan langsung oleh pihak ketiga kepada panitia, artinya nilai itu tidak mampir di tim kabupaten. Karen tim kabupaten hanya memfasilitasi,” jelasnya.
Dengan begitu lanjut Ramli, masyarakat dan juga bacakades bisa langsung mengetahui nilai yang didapat setelah pelaksanaan tes. “Dipublis pada hari itu juga,” ujarnya.
Pelaksanaan tes tambahan itu mengacu pada Peraturan Bupati Nomor 54 Tahun 2019. Sesuai aturan, jumlah cakades setiap desa maksimal lima orang dan minimal dua orang. Apabila lebih dari lima orang maka direngking dengan menggunakan scoring dan tes tambahan.
Untuk diketahui, Pilkades serentak tahun ini bakal diikuti sebanyak 226 desa. Sesuai keputusan Bupati, pesta demokrasi tingkat desa bakal dilaksanakan pada 7 November 2019 untuk wilayah daratan dan 14 November 2019 untuk wilayah kepulauan.
Untuk mensukseskan pelaksanan itu, Pemerintah Daerah menyediakan anggaran sebesar Rp20 miliar, termasuk didalamnya biaya pengamanan.
