Parade layang-layang merupakan dua dimensi keunikan dan tiga dimensi layang-layang (3D) yang terbuat dari batik.

Parade ini akan mengisi pada acara tahunan yang direncanakan digelar pada 27 Juli 2019 di Pantia wisata Slopeng itu dalam rangkaian dari program Visit 2019, pastinya akan jadi semarak.

Banyaknya, rangkaian kegiatan tersebut bakal menghibur masyarkat sumenep, dan menarik wisatawan luar dan asing, untuk memperkenalkan budaya keuniakan yang ada di kabupaten unjung timur pulau madura.

Ketua Pelaksana Kegiatan Batik On The Sea 2019, Sigit Tri Atmoko mengatakan selama ini layangan dikenal sebagai mainan yang syarat dengan kebudayaan bahkan layang-layang sendiri bisa di asimilasikan dengan budaya yang ada di daerah tersebut.

“Parade layang layang adalah sebuah kegiatan yang menampilkan layang layang dengan berbagai corak dan ragamnya baik 2 dimensi maupun 3 dimensi sebagai sebuah bentuk event kebudayaan atau ritual tertentu disebuah daerah. Parade layang layang batik merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang menggabungkan antara keindahan seni layang layang dan tradisi batik,” katanya.

Tujuan dilaksanakannya parade layangan batik madura tahun 2019 untuk memperkenalkan keindahan pariwisata pantai yang digabungkan dengan keluhuran budaya batik serta seni layang layang sebagai sebuah permainan tradisional.

Selain itu juga sebagai media untuk membangun daya tarik pariwisata pantai dan untuk mengenalkan batik dari berbagai pengraijin yang berada di Madura.

“Kegiatan ini juga sebagai uapaya untuk memelihara budaya batik dan memelihara permainan tradisional sebagai alat pemersatu di era milenial ini,” jelasnya.

Sementara juga, dilokasi yang sama, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur bakal menggelar even Sumenep Batik On The Sea 2019 mengambil tema “Art Of Colourfull Batik Maduro” dengan kegiatan berupa lomba fashion. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan serangkaian kegiatan Visit 2019 yang bakal digelar di destinasi wisata Pantai Slopeng, pada 27 Juli 2019. Ketua Pelaksana Kegiatan Batik Fashion Competion, Sigit Tri Atmoko mengatakan.

Kegiatan itu, sangat penting untuk memperkenalkan budaya batik Madura dikalangan nasional dan internasional dengan berbagai corak ragamnya. “Batik Madura terkenal dengan corak pewarnaan tajam serta motif tumbuhan dan hewan, merupakan warisan leluhur yang mempunyai nilai hirarki yang sangat tinggi,” terangnya. Jum’at, (26/7/2019)

Menurutnya, corak warna yang tajam bukan tidak memiliki makna. Tetapi, justru menggambarkan karakter Madura tegas dan berpendirian yang kuat. Batik madura sekarang mulai terkenal dikalangan nasional maupun internasional. “Demi melestarikan dan mengembangkan budaya batik madura pada kalangan kaum milenial maka diselenggarakan lah berbagai event fashion,” jelasnya.

Dikatakan, Sumenep Batik On The Sea 2019 merupakan event tahunan yang dimulai sejak tahun 2018 yang mencampurkan antara keindahan pesona pantai yang tersebar di berbagai daerah Sumenep dengan pesona batik Madura.

Menurutnya, peserta Batik Competion terdiri dari pria dan wanita yang terbagi menjadi 4 kategori. Antara alain, kategori anak anak Α usia α 4 – 9 tahun. Sedangkan kategori anak anak Β usia 10 – 12 tahun. Sementara kategori remaha Pria usia 13 – 25 tahun. Dan kategori remaja Wanita usia 13 – 25 tahun.

“Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melestarikan Budaya Batik dengan berbagai corak ragamnya kepada kaum milenial lewat event fashion dan budaya tradisional Madura,” pungkasnya.

Sementara syarat peserta pada kegiatan itu diantaranya peserta merupakan komunitas layang-layang yang berasal dari Madura.

Layang-layang yang ditampilkan jenis layangan dua dimensi atau tiga dimensi dengan batik sebagai bahan dasar utama. “Setiap komunitas wajib menjaga keselamatan saat melepas layang-layang,” jelasnya.

Selain itu peserta saat melepas layang – layang tepat ditepi pantai sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan oleh panitia. Setiap layang – layang yang dilepaskan terdiri dari 1 grup dengan 4 anggota penarik.

“Parade layang – layang batik akan meniadi kegiatan pembuka pada kegiatan Fashion Batik On The Sea 2019,” jelasnya.

Kegiatan ini bakal ditinjau langsung oleh Bupati Sumenep A. Busyro Karim dan bakal dihadiri oleh Kepala Disbudparpora Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kepala Dinas Pariwisata atau dinas Budparpora se Jawa Timur, Pengusaha se Indonesia, Pengraiin Batik Se-Jawa Timur, Pengusaha Batik Se- Jawa Timur, Perancang Busana Se- Jawa Timur, Pecinta Fashion Se- Jawa Timur, Fotografi Se-Jawa Timur dan Pecinta Layang Layang Se- Jawa Timur.
