Nurfitriyana Diminta “Mundur” Yang Berkenaan Dengan Jabatan Publik

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Buntut penolakan kedatangan Nurfitriyana Busyro, ke Kecamatan Ganding, Sumenep dalam agenda konsolidasi PKK, dapat kecaman atau tudingan dari kalangan aktivis sumenep.

Hal ini muncul dari Ketua Forum Masyarakat Inspiratif (Formatif) Moh Fadal, bahwa Nurfitriyana Busyro diminta untuk mundur dari jabatan yang berkenaan dengan publik, salah satunya yang saat ini masih menjabat sebagai ketua PKK yang masih melekat dalam kegiatan dengan dana APBD.

“Seharusnya Bu Fitri itu mundur dari yang berkenaan dengan jabatan publik salah satunya, ya sebagai ketua PKK, sebab itu sudah resmi jadi calon Legislatif DPRD Jatim,” katanya, rabu (10/10/2018).

Menurut Fadal, sebagaimana diatur dalam PKPU no 20/2018 tentang pencalonan Anggota DPR, DPRD Propinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota, ada sederet syarat bakal calon Anggota Legislatif terutama dalamnya Pasal 7 ayat 1 huruf K, mengatur.

Bakal calon legislatif, harus mengundurkan diri sebagai, Direksi, Komisaris, Dewan Pengawas dan/atau karyawan pada BUMN, BUMD, BUMDes, atau Badan lain yang anggarannya bersumber dari keuangan Negara.

“Aturan ini ditegaskan lagi dalam pasal 7 ayat 1 huruf N, Bakal Calon Legislatif harus bersedia untuk tidak merangkap jabatan dengan bersumber dari keuangan Negara, ini kan sudah jelas apa aturan masih kurang jelas,” ungkapnya.

Lanjutnya, kalau ini tetap dipaksakan, maka akan bermunculan kontroversi masyarakat. Ia juga menilai, dengan masih aktifnya Nurfitriyana di jabatan publik, maka tidak menutup kemungkinan kegiatan akan dijadikan politik pragmatis.

“Ini namanya memamfaatkan kesempatan untuk berkampanye.
semua ini, cerminan bentuk hausnya kekuasaan dan jabatan. “Apakah seperti ini cermin wajah dari pemimpin Milenia saat ini,” ucapnya.

Sementara, Nurfitriyana Busyro tak lain Istri Bupati Sumenep tersebut, menjadwalkan konsolidasi PKK ke Kecamatan Ganding pada hari senin (8/10/2018). Namun gagal dengan alasan belum ketemu tanggal yang pas. “Bukan gagal tapi belum menemukan tanggal yang pas,” kata Ketua PKK Sumenep Nurfitriyana Busyro dalam WhatsAPPnya, sabtu (6/10/2018).

Menurut istri Bupati yang notabeni sebagai Caleg DPRD Jatim yang diusung partai PKB ini menyampaikan, gagalnya acara tersebut, bukan karena ada rencana aksi demo, namun memang jauh hari sudah deal menjadwalkan mengundurkan tanggal.

“Gagal bukan karena ada demo, tapi diundur saya ada rencana ke surabaya dan juga awalnya ke Kepulauan, tapi ini belum fixs yang mana nanti yang jalan” ucapnya. (Red)
