SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Kepala Desa Gapurana, Kecamatan Talango, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, dilaporkan ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jatim, jalan Ahmad Yani nomor 54 Gayungan Surabaya, oleh LIPK atas Dugaan penyimpangan pengelolaan Dana Desa (DD) tahun 2016 – 2017.

Sesuai tanda terima dengan nomor surat Kejati Jatim 0/3/LIPK.DPC/IX/ 2018, tertanggal senin, 8/10/2018. Kepala Desa Gapurana, Andi Warno S.sos, dilaporkan atas dugaan penyimpangan pengelolaan anggaran Dana Desa, pekerjaan anggaran dana desa tahun 2016 dan tahun 2017.

“Kades dilaporkan dugaan penyimpangan pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengaspalan jalan dusun baringinan dan dan Dusun Gapurana laok Tahun angaran 2017, disitu di temukan banyak kerusakan hal itu di duga karena pekerjaan tidak sesuai spek dan ada dugaan di mark up,” Kata Syaifuddin Ketua DPC LIPK (Lembaga Independen Pengawas Keuangan) Sumenep.

Menurut Syaifuddin, ada beberapa temuan yang dilaporkan ke Kejati yakni, Pemenuhan rumah sehat Plesterisasi RTLH Desa Gapurana 14 unit. “Pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan Desa Gapurana 14×5 M dengan besar anggaran Rp233 juta lebih yang diduga tidak sesuai spesifikasi Rab (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) juga ada dugaan di mark up,” tandasnya.
