Proyek pengaspalan Buton jalan di Pulau Sapudi, Kecamatan Gayam, Sumenep, Jawa Timur, dipertanyakan. Pasalnya, jalan tersebut sampai saat ini belum ada tanda tanda akan dikerjakan.
Hal ini disampaikan anggota DPC Laskar Anti Korupsi Indonesia (LAKI) Sumenep, Afandi, sesuai data LPSE anggaran proyek pengaspalan Buton sebesar 1,8 miliar untuk pekerjaan pembangunan jalan di Desa Kalowang, Kecamatan Gayam sepanjang 1 kilo meter lebih, sampai saat ini belum dikerjakan.
“Hasil investigasi LAKI pekerjaan pengaspalan jalan buton di Desa Kalowang, Kecamatan Gayang, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, sepanjang 1 kilometer lebih dengan anggaran 1,8 miliar lebih diduga di fiktifkan. Ini masa kontrak pekerjaan sudah habis,” katanya, Kamis, (30/8/2018)
Menurutnya, disepanjang jalan kalowang sampek ke desa tarebung, apalagi sudah jelas ada pemenang tedernya.
“Kenapa pekerjaan dihentikan, apakah sebab pekerjaan pengaspalan telah melewati batas waktu kontrak,” ungkapanya.
Ia menilai, bahwa pihak pelaksana pemenang tender ini tidak profesional dalam menggarap proyek. Sudah sepatutnya kesalahan itu tidak terjadi untuk pelaksanaan proyek dengan anggaran yang fantastis ini,” jelasnya.
Fandi menjelaskan, Harusnya pemerintah menggunakan penyedia jasa yang benar-benar profesional di bidangnya. “Kalau begini kan, masyarakat dan pengendara yang jadi korban,” tandasnya.
Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Pembangunan Dinas PU Bina Marga Sumenep, Hariyanto Efendi mengatakan, bahwa hari ini informasinya jalan itu ditempati pawai, jadi dihentikan sementara dan akan dilanjutkan besok.
“Untuk keterlambatan/lewat masa kontrak kerja itu sesuai perpres ada waktu 50 hari untuk dikerjakan kembali,” ucapnya, saat dihubungi lewat telepon genggamnya, kamis (30/8/2018). (Fero/Red)
