Kepala Desa (Kades) Cangkreng, Amin Zali, setelah dilakukan jemput paksa dirumahnya oleh kepolisian Resort Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, sebab tidak memenuhi 2 kali panggilan.
Setelah dilakukan jemput paksa, dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka selama 2,5 jam. Amin Zali dijemput paksa tim Resmob Polres Sumenep, Selasa, 7 Agustus 2018 di rumahnya sekitar pukul 12:30 Wib.
“Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan dan gelar perkara penyidik langsung melakukan penahanan per hari ini, Rabu, 8 Agustus 2018),” kata Kasubbag Humas Polres Sumenep Ipda Agus Suparno.
Namun, penetapan sebagai tersangka terhadap Amin Zali sejak tahun 2016 atas dugaan ancaman kekerasan kapada salah satu warganya bernama Sahwan. Informasinya dugaan ancaman kekerasan itu setelah Sahwan menjadi saksi atas kasus tindak pidana lain.
Penetapan tersangka itu setelah penyidik menemukan barang bukti yang cukup. “Sudah dua kali surat pemanggilan sebagai tersangka kami layangkan, tapi tidak diindahkan. Sehingga kami terpaksa mendatangi rumah tersangka untuk menjemputnya,” jelas Agus.
Agus mengatakan terdapat tiga alasan penahan itu dilakukan, takni akut melarikan diri, takut menghilangkan barang bukti, dan mengulangi perbuatannya. “Cuma dilihat dari kasusnya, penahanan itu dilakukan karena takut mengulangi perbuatannya kembali,” jelasnya.
Akibat perbuatannya Amin Zali dijerat dengan Pasal 335 KUHP berupa perbuatan tidak menyenangkan dan diancam pidana empat tahun penjara. (Asm)
