Misnabi Pelaku Pembunuhan Tewas Ditangan Polisi

SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) –
Misnabi (45) warga Dusun Parebeen, Desa Nyabekan Timur, Kecamatan Batang-Batang, berakhir hidupnya setelah ditembak mati oleh satuan polisi Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Selasa (10/7/2018).

Pasalnya, Misnabi (Korban) ditembak terduga pelaku pembunuhan dengan korban bernama Ali Rifa’i, warga Desa Montorna, Kecamatan Pasongsosongan, Pada waktu lalu.

Korban ditembak mati dirumahnya/ persembunyiannya sebab mencoba melawan saat mau dilakukan penangkapan oleh aparat kepolisian.

“Pada saat dilakukan upaya paksa (penangkapan) dirumahnya, tersangka melakukan perlawanan dengan membawa senjata tajam berupa pisau sehingga petugas berontak tegas,” kata Pgs Kasubbag Humas Polres Sumenep, Iptu Joni Wahyudi.

Menurutnya, tembakan peringatan sudah dilakukan oleh polisi sesuai dengan protap yang berlaku dikepolisian

“Penindakan tegas dan terukur diawali dengan tembakan peringatan, namun tidak dihiraukan. Sampai kemudian, anggota Resmob mengarahkan tembakan ketubuh tersangka berakibat tetsangka MD (mati ditempat),” tegasnya.

Sebelumnya, Misnabi adalah seorang yang masuk daftar pencarian orang (DPO) sejak tahun 2014 lalu. Misnabi diduga kuat terlibat aksi pembunuhan pada  Kamis 8 Mei 2014 sekira pukul 02.30 Wib dengan korban Ali Rifai Warga Desa Montorna.

Namun, terungkapnya keterlibatan Misnabi dengan kasus itu, setelah Polisi berhasil mengamankan tiga orang pelaku lain. Ketiganya yakni Ahmad Radi (29), Zaini (37) Warga Dusun/Desa Montorna dan Suhabi (35) warga Dusun Tobinang, Desa Nyabakan Timur, Batang-batang.

“Perkara ketiga tersangka sudah mendapat Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Sumenep,” tuturnya.

Saat ini jenazah Misnabi masih berada di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Moh Anwar. Pantauan dilokasi, kamar mayat dijaga ketat personel Kepolisian lengkap dengan senjata laras panjang. (Red)
