Barang Bukti (BB) sejumlah kasus tindak pidana kejahatan yang telah incrach putusan hukumnya dimusnahkan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, kamis (15/3/2018).
Pemusnahan sejumlah BB hasil tindak pidana kejahatan ini terhitung dari bulan Oktober 2017 hingga Maret 2018 dari beberapa terdakwa.
“BB yang dimusnahkan diantaranya Sabu seberat 15,44,” kata Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Sumenep, Bambang Panca Wahyudi Hariadi melalui kasi tindak pidana umum, Dicky Andi Firmansyah, kepada sejumlah wartawan usai pemusnahan tesebut.
Ditegaskan Dicky, BB sabu 15 gram lebih tersebut merupakan kumulatif dari sejumlah terdakwa yang kasusnya susah incrach. “15,44 gram itu, merupakan hasil tindak pidana 25 terdakwa, dan ini yang sudah incrach ya,” tegasnya.
Sementara untuk kasus tindak pidana ringan (Tipiring), turut dimusnahkan ratusan botol minuman keras (miras) dari berbagai merk, termasuk miras oplosan.
“Untuk BB miras 10 kardus lebih dari berbagai jenis merk, ada fotca, anggur, oplosan arak dan beberapa BB lain, termasuk beberapa unit Hp dan pakaian,” tukas Dicky.
