Kali ini Ketua DPRD mengajak sejumlah elemen masyarakat dan Kapolres Sumenep, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN), serta Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sumenep berolahraga dengan mengayun sepeda ontel berkeliling kota dan pinggiran.
“Sudah menjadi rutinitas saya sebagai wakil rakyat, setiap akhir pekan atau hari Sabtu selalu menyempatkan diri untuk bertegur sapa dengan masyarakat. Kadang saya juga mengajak Kapolres, Kajari, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN) dan sejumlah elemen masyarakat untuk mengayun sepeda bersama-sama keliling kota maupun pinggiran kota Sumenep,” kata Ketua DPRD Sumenep, Herman Dali Kusuma, Sabtu (3/3/2018).
Menurutnya, kegiatan mengayun sepeda ontel untuk mendengarkan aspirasi masyarakat ini menjadi rutinitas dirinya setiap akhir pekan. Sebab, selain bisa menjadi tahu apa saja yang menjadi keluh kesah masayrakat, mengayun sepeda ontel juga bisa sambil berolahraga untuk menjaga kesehatan.
“Selain bisa mendengarkan langsung keluh kesah atau aspirasi masyarakat, mengayun sepeda ontel ini juga bagian dari olahraga rutin saya setiap akhir pekan,” pungkasnya.

Kemudian pada saat melihat masyarakat berkumpul maupun para petani yang ada di pematang sawah, Ketua DPRD Sumenep ini berhenti dan mengajak ngobrol bersama.
Saat berbincang santai dengan para petani maupun masyarakat, terkadang banyak keluhan yang diterimanya, baik masalah persoalan pupuk, Pelayanan Publik hingga persoalan pembangunan infrastruktur di Sumenep.
