PAMEKASAN,(Transmadura.com) — Sejumlah Pemuda yang tergabung di Forum Pemuda Pamekasan Peduli kembali gruduk kantor bupati, pamekasan,04/12/2017.
Aksi yang kesekian kalinya bentuk kekecewaan dan rasa keresahan masyarakat Kabupaten Pamekasan.
Pada saat aksi berlangsung salah satu Orator menuntut untuk bagaimana bisa di pertemukan dengan aparatur pemerintah kabupaten Pamekasan, termasuk bapak bupati.
“Kami ingin bertemu bapak Bupati,Sekda,dan Kepala Bappeda kabupaten Pamekasan karna bukan hanya satu kali,dua kali aksi yang kami lakukan, ini sudah kesekian kalinya kami meminta kejelasan indikasi PORNO AKSI yang dilakukan oleh oknom bappeda” tegas ismail
Isu tersebut menuai pertanyaan karena terindikasi ada pembiaran hukum
” Indikasi tersebut menuai pertanyaan besar di muka publik, karena aparatur pemerintah kabupaten pamekasan tidak bisa menyelesaikan persoalan yang sudah melanggar norma dan agama. Imbuhnya
Mohammmad Alwi (sekda)saat menemui massa aksi mengatakan “Bupati tidak ada,Bappeda ada di luar kota, kemudian persoalan ini urusan bappeda. Jadi silahkan konfermasi ke bappeda” Ungkapnya.

Sedangkan SAUQY menepis pernyataan sikap sekda dengan UUD no 5 tahun 2014, pasal 1 angka 14 dan pasal 53 tentang aparatur sipil negara di poin satu bahwa “Pejabat pembina kepegawaian adalah pejabat yang mempunyai kewenangan, menetapkan pengangkatan,pemindahan,dan pemberhentian pegawai ASN dan pembinaan manajamen ASN di instansi pemeritah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan per undang_undangan. Dan bupati sendiri adalah pejabat pembina, jadi buapati berhak untuk memberikan kebijakan kepada ASN di instansi pemerintah sesuai dengan undang_undang”. Tegas Orator
