AKP Widiarti S,S.H Kepala Sektort (Polsek) Kota bersama 27 Anggota Polwan silaturrahim ke rumah duka Alisa Hariyani korban pembunuhan dan penganiayaan siswi MTsN Giling Desa Pamolokan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, 30/10/2017.

Dari 27 Anggota Polwan yang diwakili Kapolsek Kota memberikan santunan kepada keluarga korban, atas patungan menyisihkan sedikit rezekinya untuk ikut berbela sungkawa atas musibah yang menimpa keluarga korban.

“Kegiatan tersebut merupakan bentuk kepedulian dan bentuk rasa kemanusian yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk santunan,”kata Kapolsek Kota AKP Widiarti S,S.H.

Menurutnya, pemberian santunan itu, langsung memberikan diterima oleh Ibu Korban dan para kerabatnya.

Selanjutnya, Kapolsek Sumenep Kota beserta Polwan melaksanakan nyekar kekuburan Korban Penganiayaan berat (ALIZA HARYANI) dan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan Surat Yasin dan Tahlil bersama yang dipimpin oleh Ipda H. Moh. Aman (Anggota Sat Binmas Polres Sumenep) ditempat pemakaman keluarga yang bertempat di pemakaman Desa Pamolokan, Kecamatan Kota Sumenep.

Peristiwa pembunahan terjadi pada Sabtu tanggal 21 Oktober 2017, sekira pukul 16.00 s/d 17.00 wib disebuah tegalan, tepatnya sebelah barat pasar barisan, masuk wilayah Desa Mantajun Kecamatan Dasuk, Kabupaten Sumenep, korban Alisa Hariyani (14) Siswa MTs Negri 2 Sumenep, ditemukan sedang tergeletak berlumuran darah.

Awal terjadinya rencana pelaku untuk merencanakan pembunuhan terhadap korban, merasa malu dengan tetangga sekitar, karena rumah pelaku pernah digunakan oleh korban untuk melakukan hubungan badan dengan pacarnya.

Kapolres Sumenep AKBP H Joseph Ananta Pinora mengatakan, sebelum terjadi pembunuhan korban sempat berkomonikasi dengan pelaku atas nama Didik Sugianto (20). Pelaku ini merupakan warga Dusun Guwa RT Desa Manding Timur Kecamatan Manding.

Sabtu, 21 Oktober 2017 Alisa sapaan akbrapnya korban diminta untuk datang ke salah satu rumah kos di Sumenep oleh pelaku. Setelah itu pelaku dan korban mengajak pergi ke suatu tempat yang korban tidak mengetahui. Saat itu pelaku dengan korban menggunakan motor milik Alisa.

Sesampainya di tegalan tepatnya di sebelah barat pasar barisan, Desa Mantajun Kecamatan Dasuk, pelaku mengatakan jika jalan yang dilalui merupakan jalan buntu. Sehingga pelaku turun dan Alisa disuruh untuk menyetir motor yang digunakan. Sementara pelaku memilih untuk membonceng kepada korban.

Tidak lama kemudian, pelaku mengambil celurit yang awalnya diletekan dipinggangnya. Kemudian calurit itu disabetkan ke pinggang korban bagian kanan.

Mengetahui hal itu, korban memilih melompat dari motornya dan menunduk dengan posisi jongkok. Kemudian pelaku kembali menyabetkan/menebaskan celurit ke arah kepala Alisa

Namun, Alisa menangkis menggunakan kedua tangannya, sehingga sabetan celurit tersebut mengenai tangan korban. Akibat sabetan itu, lanjut Pinora tangan korban mengalami patah tulang. “Kejadian itu antara pukul 16.00 s/d 17.00 wib,” katanya Pinora sapaan akrabnya Kapolres Sumenep.

Tidak berhenti disitu, aksi brutal pelaku terus dilakukan dengan membacok korban di area kepalanya. Sehingga korban terlentang dengan bersimbah darah.

Karena pelaku menganggap korban sudah meninggal, pelaku meninggalkan Alisa di lokasi dengan mengendarai sepeda motor milik Alisa. “Kemudian malam harinya pelaku pergi ke kota untuk pesta minuman keras. Itu dilakukan untuk menghilangkan jejak aksi mereka,” tegasnya.

Korban baru ditemukan oleh warga keesokan harinya, Ahad, 22 Oktober 2017 sekitar pukul 09.00 Wib. Saat itu korban masih bernyawa meskipun dalam konsidi kritis. Korban dinyatakan meninggal dunia minggu malam setelah mendapatkan perawatan medis di RSUD Dr Moh Anwar. Saat ini pelaku meninggal dunia setelah ditangkap polisi di daerah Banten Jawa Barat.
