Berlangsungnya acara Gemerlap Undian Simpeda Bank Jatim di kawasan Monumen Arek Lancor, Kabupaten Pamekasan, Madura, Jawa Timur. Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) dilarang berjualan. Minggu 15 Oktober 2017
Hal tersebut disampaikan dalam isi surat yang tertanda tangani Kepala Bagian Perekonomian dan SDA Kab. Pamekasan, Akhmad Basri Yulianto, bahwa PKL tidak diizinkan membuka lapak demi menjaga ketertiban selama acara berlansung.
Hasan, salah seorang pengunjung Car Free Day (CFD) Arek Lancor mengatakan, bahwa dirinya merasa kasihan kepada PKL setelah tadi malam sempat membaca berita di salah satu media online tentang larangan bagi PKL untuk tidak buka lapaknya hari ini.
Sudah menjadi rahasia umum, Lanjut Hasan, bahwa melalui usaha berjualan di kaki lima ini para pemiliknya mendapatkan penghasilan dengan usaha mandiri untuk melanjutkan hidup mereka sekeluarga. Hidup yang mesti dilanjutkan memaksa mereka memutar otak untuk membuka usaha secara berprakarsa dan mandiri.
Namun, dari 127 PKL di kawasan Monumen Arek Lancor masih banyak terlihat bersikukuh dan ngotot untuk tetap buka lapaknya. Meski, diketahui sebelumnya sudah ada surat edaran larangan untuk tidak berjualan.
Moctar, salah seorang PKL yang tetap berjualan mengaku, bahwa dirinya bukan pengganggu pada acara tersebut. Akan tetapi, hanya ingin mengais rezeki.
“Menindak lanjuti surat dari pimpinan Bank Jatim Kabupaten Pamekasan nomor 056/241/PMK/.SMPD/Srt, tanggal 28 September 2017. Perihal sebagaimana pokok surat, untuk sukses dan amannya acara dimaksud, para PKL untuk tidak melakukan aktifitas perniagaan/penjualan di Kawasan Arek Lancor sebagai mana terlampir,” Ujar Basri dalam isi surat tersebut.
“Harusnya kalau ada acara begini merupakan kesempatan bagi PKL untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih tinggi dari hari-hari biasanya,” tuturnya.
“Kok malah PKL dihimbau untuk tidak berjualan? ini sangat merugikan PKL kalau sampai terjadi,” kata dia penuh tanya.
“Kami akan tetap berjualan, jika ada yang melarang. Maka, gerobak akan saya pindahkan kedepan pintu stand acara,” tandasnya. (Red)
