Bantuan Beras Untuk Keluarga Sejatera (Rastra) Desa Gadu Timur, Kecamatan Ganding, Madura, Jawa Timur, disoal karena ada indikasi tidak beres dalam realisasi.
Hal itu berdasarkan keterangan dari beberapa warga setempat, realisasi Beras Untuk Keluarga Sejahtera (Rastra) dari Januari sampai Oktober tahun 2017 baru menerima dua kali.
Menurut salah satu warga yang tidak mau disebut namanya saat dikonfirmasi lewat telefon genggamnya yang masuk DPM, bahwa tahun 2017 hanya menerima dua kali. ” Itupun tiap satu karung dibagi dua,” katanya, selasa 10/10/2017.
Sementara Ketua aktifis Gerakan Mahasiswa Peduli Rakyat (Gempur) Syauqi juga menyerukan dengan persoalan realisasi Rastra di Desa Gadu Timur, bahwa berdasarkan data pencairan dari perekonimian Kabupaten Sumenep, Desa Gadu Timur sudah melakukan penebusan Januari sampai bulan Juli 2017. ” Data yang kami terima dari perekonomian,kalau rastra Desa Gadu Timur sudah tertebus 7 bulan. Sedangkan masyarakat hanya menerima rastra dua kali, lantas kemana yang 5 bulannya,” katanya.
Dari hasil investigasinya, memang benar berdasarkan keterangan beberapa warga setempat, pendistribusian rastra selama tahun2017 hanya cair dua kali.
Lanjutnya, bahwa beras yang didistribusikan dalam satu karungnya masih dibagi dua. Sementara data yang dihimpun oleh pihaknya, Desa Gadu Timur sudah menebus ekstra hingga 7 bulan pada tahun 2017.
“Ditiap satu karungnya dibagi dua, padahal bedasarkan data pencairan dari Perekonomian Kabupaten Sumenep, di Desa Gadu Timur sudah melakukan penebusan sampai bulan juli (7 bulan) 2017, lantas dikemanakan yang 5 bulan?,” tandasnya.
Kades Gadu Timur Gufron tidak menanggapi saat mau dikonfirmasi lewat telefon selulernya walau kedengaran aktif. (Asm/irwan)
