Korban meninggal Yusuf Febriansyah (9) kelas 3 SDN 2 Kebonagung Kecamatan Kota asal Desa Batuan, Ainur Ramadhani (10) Kekas 4 SDN 2 Kebonagung asal Desa Kebonagung dan Auzah Ikzafi (10) kelas 4 SDN 2 Kebun agung Kec. Kota Sumenep asal Desa Kebunagung Kecamatan Kota, Sumenep yang (selamat)
Pasalnya, sekira Pada pukul 10.00 Wib Auzah, Dhani dan Febri pulang dari sekolah SDN Kebunagung 2 untuk persiapan latihan Futsal. namun 3 orang anak ini mandi berenang terlebih dahulu di sungai.
“Saat itu ada para pekerja proyek irigasi Sungai Kebunagung sudah memberikan himbauan agar tidak berenang ketengah dan agar segera pulang,” kata Humas Polres Sumenep Suwardi.
Namun sebelumnya Auzah Ikzafi yang selamat ganti baju dan bergegas naik keatas mengajak temannya Dhani dan Febri untuk segera ke atas.
“Dhani dan Febri masih tetap berenang ke arah sebelah timur dimana daerah itu tempat yang dalam, Dhani dan Febri tidak kelihatan kembali ke permukaan,” tuturnya.
Setelah itu menurut Suwardi, Auzah meminta pertolongan kepada para tukang yang saat itu sedang mengerjakan Proyek.
“Spontan dua pekerja proyek Akhmad dan Anwar langsung turun ke sungai untuk mencari korban, namun tidak ketemu,” jelasnya.
Selang 10 menit, warga sekitar berkumpul untuk membantu mencari korban. “Sekira jam 11: 45 Wib, Korban telah di temukan sudah tidak bernyawa dan dibawa ke Puskesmas Pandian dan pihak kepolisian menyerahkan pada kedua orang tua korban untuk dimakamkan. (Asm/irwan)
