Tidak satupun narapidana (Napi) di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur yang dapat remisi Kemerdekaan RI tahun 2017.
“Untuk napi korupsi belum bisa dapat remisi, karena JC (Justice Collaborasi) nya belum lengkap,” kata Kepala Rutan Kelas IIB Sumenep, Ketut Akbar Harry Akhjar, Kamis, 17 Agustus 2017.
Setidaknya terdapat tiga Napi di Rutan Kelas IIB Sumenep, diantaranya Ikbal terpidana kasua bantuan beras untimuk waega miskin (Raskin) Desa/Kecamatan Guluk-Guluk, Siti Aminah, Iwan Hujayanto dan Muhammad Zainur Rahman. Tiga terpidana itu terlibat dalam korupsi pembangunan atau pemeliharaan jalan Desa Bragung Kecamatan Guluk-Guluk menuju Desa Prancak, Kecamatan Pasongsonga. Jalan hotmox itu dibiayai melalui dana APBD tahun 2013 sekitar Rp 840 juta lebih.
“Sebenarnya sudah kami ajukan kemarin, tapi JC nya belum ada dari Kejari maka tidak dapat,” ungkapnya.
Sementara Napi kasus lain, terdapat 80 orang mendapatkan remisi kemerdekaan tahun ini. Secara simbolis penyerahan remisi dilakukan oleh Bupati Sumenep A Busyro Karim di Rutan Kelas IIB Sumenep. “Yang kami ajukan sebanyak 83 napi, tapi yang turun hanya 80, tiga diantaranya gagal mendapatkan remisi,” ungkapnya.
Pria asal Banyuwangi itu mengungkapkan, besaran remisi setiap napi tidak sama, itu disesuaikan dengan tingginya putusan majelis hakim.
Dicontohkan, Aang Wahidi memdapatkan remisi 2 bulan, Adi Sucipto 4 bulan, Afif Faurus 1 bulan, Busahna 2 bulan, Dedi Agus Wedi 4 bulan, Dorianto 3 bulan, David Aleksandar 1 bulan, Eliyanto 3 bulan, Ismad Afif 1 bulan, Lutfi 1 bulan, Bawawi 5 bulan, Nur Slamet 2 bulan, Nur Samsi 5 bulan, Ricat Hamidat 1 bulan, Subarno 4 bulan. “Hanya ada satu napi yang dapat remisi 6 bulan,” jelasnya.
Saat ini jumlah penghuni Rutan Kelas IIB mencapai 222 orang. Perinciannya, 132 berstatus Napi sisanya sebanyak 90 orang berstatus tahanan. (Asm/irwan)
