Rencana itu telah disetujui oleh Komisi I DPRD Sumenep,” kata Wakil Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumenep Hamid Ali Munir, Selasa, 8 Agustus 2017.
Politisi PKB itu mengklaim rencana pengadaan Mobdin mewah tersebut disesuaikan dengan aturan pemerintah. “Sudah diatur termasuk CCnya, untuk kepala daerah antara 2800 CC hingga 3200 CC,” jelasnya.
Dengan begitu kata Hamid, Nantinya pengadaan tersebut akan dilakukan melalui tender bebas. Sebab, setiap pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk produk diatas Rp750 juta harus melalui proses lelang. Proses lelang akan dilakukan di LPSE Sumenep.
“Ini baru usulan, nanti pasti ada evaluasi dari Gubernur. Jika memang tidak bisa dilakukan, pasti ada evaluasi,” tegasnya.
Sebelumnya, sejumlah pemuda yang tergabung dalam Front Pembela Masyarakat Sumenep (FPRS) melakukan demonstrasi di depan Kantor DPRD Sumenep, Selasa, 8 Agustus 2017. Mereka meminta rencana tersebut ditolak karena angkanya terlalu fantastis. Selain itu, mereka menolak rencana gaji anggota dewan yang sampai Rp30 juta per anggota.
Secara terpisah juga Ketua Forum Masyarakat Inspiratif (Formatif) Moh.Fadal menilai dengan adanya anggaran Mobdin Bupati Sumenep sebesar 2,1 miliyar itu adalah menjadi aset Pemkab Sumenep, ” Itu kan menjadi tambahan aset dan tak mungkin hilang,” katanya.
Menurutnya, fasilitas itu adalah menjadi penunjang kenyamanan dalam melakukan tugas aktifitas Bupati.
“itu kan menjadi simbul, seperti diera kereta kencana sampai sekarang masih ada, itu kan simbul semasa dulu. diera sekarang seorang bupati harus naik ya era sekarang. Gak mungkin kan naik seperti dulu,” ungkapnya.
Ia menambahkan, kendaraan itu adalah menunjukkan simbul keagungan Kabupaten. yang penting penganggaran tidak menyimpang dari aturan dan bisa mamfaat untuk kelancaran dalam tugas bipati bisa meningkatkan kabupaten sumenep kedepan lebih baik.
