Perkara kasus dugaan penyimpangan Beras Untuk Warga Miskin ( Raskin) di 7 Kecamatan Kepulauan, kini Kejaksaan Negri (Kejari) Sumenep, masih terus mengumpulkan barang bukti perkara kasus tersebut.

Kasi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Sumenep, Agus Subagya, mengatakan Apabila telah rampung berkas perkara itu akan segera dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) untuk disidangkan meskipun tanpa kehadiran tersangka.

“Saat ini kami masih fokus mengumpulkan barang bukti. Bisa saja kalau sudah rampung langsung dilimpahkan,” katanya Rabu, 5/07/2017 saat dilakukan konfirmasi.

Menururnya, semua itu bisa terjadi atau tidak sesui perintah Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) selaku pengambil kebijakan tertinggi di Kejari Sumenep. “Apa kata perintah atasan nanti,” jelasnya.

Tapi semenyara ini masih ada satu perkara yang disidangkan inabsentia, yakni perkara dugaan penyimpanhan Rastra Desa Poteran Kecamatan Talango. Namun, setelah persidagan berlangsung selama beberapa kali, Kepala Desa Potetan Suparman selaku tersangka hadir dan langsung dilakukan penahanan di Rumah Tahanan Kelas II B Sumenep.

“Sebenarnya tidak masalah tidak hadir dalam persidangan, namun hanya tidak mempunyai hak pembelaan saja. Kalau hadir kan bisa lakukan pembelaan, ya monggon lah,” jelasnya.

Berdasarkan hasil audit investigasi oleh badan pemeriksa keuangan (BPK) perwakilan provinsi Jawa Timur tertanggal tanggal 9 Agustus 2011, pengadaan beras untuk Gudang Beras Bulog (GBB) Sumenep oleh Satuan Tugas Pengadaan Gabah Dalam Negeri Sub Divre XII Madura Perum Bulog Tahun 2008 untuk tujuh kecamatan kepulauan terapat potensi kerugian negara sebesar Rp. 18.248.891.325.

Tujuh Kecamatan Kepulauan itu diantaranya, Kecamatan Arjasa, Kecamatan Kangayan, Pulau Kangean, Kecamatan/Pulau Sapeken, Kecamatan/Pulau Masalembu, Kecamatan/Pulau Raas, Kecamatan Gayam, dan Kecamatan Nonggunung Pulau Sapudi. “Tapi jumlah kerugian itu masih perlu dilakukan hitung ulang, karena itu hasil investigasi dikala masih lidik (penyelidikan),” tuturnya.

Selain itu dalam kasus ini Kejari telah menetapkan R. Ahmad Ahyani pegawai Gudang Bulog non aktif sebagai tersangka sejak tahun 2010. Namun pasca penetapan tersangka, dia melarikan diri hingga saat ini belum berhasil diamankan meskipun telah masuk dalam daftar pencarian orang (DPO). “Statusnya tetap, dicari kemana-mana belum ketemu. Proses perkaranya tetap jalan,” tandasnya Agus. (Asm/hy)
