Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Pendampingan pertanian yang dilaksanakan oleh Babinsa Ketawang Karay, Koramil 0827/08 Ganding Kodim 0827 Sumenep Serda Ali Mustofa dalam perawatan dan pemeliharaan tanaman Jagung di lahan tegalan milik seluas 0.5 Ha, yang bertempat di Desa Ketawang Karay, Kec. Ganding, Kabupaten Sumenep. Rabu (5/7/2017).
Pendampingan yang dilakukan Babinsa dan PPL itu untuk mendukung Pemerintah dalam program swasembada dan Ketahan pangan nasional diperlukan proses pemberdayaan dan pendampingan pertanian, maka dari itu diperlukan kerjasama seluruh elemen masyarakat mulai dari Koramil, UPT Pertanian, Babinsa, PPL, Kelompok tani dan para petani sendiri.
Serda Ali Mustofa selaku Babinsa Ketawang Karay, Koramil 0827/08 Ganding menjelaskan “Babinsa akan terus melaksanakan pendampingan dan pemantauan mulai penyiapan lahan, penanaman bibit, pemupukan, pemberantasan hama sampai panen sehingga program swasembada dan Ketahanan pangan yang dicanangkan pemerintah dapat tercapai dengan hasil memuaskan serta maksimal “.
