Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Pemanggilan Moh. Rizal yang di dampingi kuasa hukumnya, Ach. Supyadi, SH. untuk dimintai keterangan sebagai tersangka oleh Polres Sumenep, kasus pengeroyokan di depan masjid jamik beberapa waktu lalu, yang kini juga di tetapkan sebagai tersangka, kamis 9/02/2017.
Dalam pemanggilan Penyidik memintai keterangan Moh. Rizal hanya berkisar setengah jam yaitu dari jam 13.30 sampai dengan 14.00 WIB.
Ach. Supyanto kuasa hukum tersangka mengatakan, Dalam memberikan keterangan sebagai tersangka, klien kami Moh. Rizal memberikan surat pernyataan bermaterai 6000 dari Sdr. DENI INDRIYANTO dan Saudari SUNASRAH sebagai terlapor dan juga di tetapkan tersangka, ia mengakui bahwa ia telah melakukan penganiayaan bersama-sama kepada Moh. Rizal, sekaligus menyatakan dengan sebenarnya bahwa klien kami Moh. Rizal tidak pernah melakukan penganiayaan kepada saudara Deni Indriyanto, maupun kepada saudari Sunasrah.
Dengan atas adanya pengakuan dari saudara Deni Indriyanto dan Saudari Sunasrah, bahwa Moh. Rizal tidak pernah melakukan penganiayaan tersebut yang secara hukum memiliki nilai bukti kongkrit, tentu, kami sebagai Kuasa Hukum berharap agar penyidik membatalkan status tersangka kepada klien kami Moh. Rizal,” ungkapnya.
Apabila pihak Polres Sumenep tidak membatalkan status tersangka klien kami Moh. Rizal, maka jangan salahkan apabila kami sebagai Kuasa Hukum menempuh jalur hukum untuk memperkarakan pihak Polres Sumenep yang telah mengkriminalisasi klien kami Moh. Rizal,” tegasnya. (Asm/hy)
