Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Persidangan kasus korupsi pembangunan dan perbaikan jalan hotmix Bragung-Prancak, Kecamatan Pasongsongan, Sumenep, Jawa Timur telah usai, setelah Majelis Hakim PN Tipokor Surabaya memvonis empat terdakwa kasus pembangunan jalan yang dibiayai melalui APBD II senilai Rp840 juta, Senin, 6/02/ 2017.
Majelis Hakim memvonis bebas tanpa syarat satu dari tiga terdakwa, sementara dua terdakwa lain divonis 1 tahun 8 bulan dan satu tersangka lain divonis 1 tahun 3 bulan.
Terpidana, Siti Aminah selaku kontraktor proyek dan Mohammad Zainul Arif Ketua Tim Penerima Barang Hasil Pekerjaan (PBHP) di denda Rp50 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan penjara.
Siti Nur Aminah harus membayar uang pengembalian sebesar Rp148 juta subsider 6 bulan kurungan penjara, sedangkan Mohammad Zainur Arif diwajibkan membayar uang pengembalian sebesar Rp152 juta subsider lima bulan penjara.
“Sesuai hasil amar putusan terdakwa diberi waktu selama satu bulan,” kata Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), Surya Rizal, Selasa, 7 Februari 2017.
Menurutnya, apabila dalam waktu yang ditentukan terpidana belum mengembalikan sesuai amar putusan, maka harta kekayaan mereka akan disita untuk dikembalikan ke Negara. “Bisa disita nanti,” ungkapnya.
Kasi Intel Kejaro Sumenep, Rahadian Wisnu Wardana mengungkapkan, Kejari sebagai lembaga penegak hukum tetap menghormati amar putusan PN Tipikor Surabaya. Hingga saat ini JPU belum bisa mengambil keputusan, apakah akan banding atau menerima putusan Majelis Hakim terhadap empat terdakwa.
“JPU masih menunggu salinan amar putusan dan akan mempelajari serta mempertimbangkan soal langkah hukum selanjutnya,” tegas Wisnu. (Asm/hy)
