Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Sumenep Hingga awal tahun 2017, baru lima Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) yang telah terakreditasi di Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Tmur.
Selebihnya, 25 Puskesmas masih dalam tahap pengajuan.
Hal itu di sampaikan Kadinkes Sumenep,Dr.Ahmat Fatoni, Lima Puskesmas yang telah terakreditasi itu diantaranya, Puskesmas Talango, Guluk-Guluk, Pamolokan, Pasongsongan dan Puskesmas Dasuk. Kelima Puskesmas itu terakreditasi pada tahun 2016.
Menurutnya, proses akreditasi Puskesmas membutuhkan waktu lama, karena melalui seleksi yang cukup ketat. Bahkan, tim penilai tidak hanya dilalukan oleh tim medis tingkat provinsi, melainkan dari Kementrian Kesehatan.
“Ada tiga kategori dalam akreditasi itu, yakni Dasar, Madya, dan Purnama,” kata Kepala Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Sumenep, Dr. Ahmad Fatoni, Kamis, 2/02/ 2017.
Mantan Kepala Puskesmas Rubaru itu mengungkapkan, empat dari lima Puskesmas yang terakreditasi mendapatkan kategori dasar, satu diantaranya terakreditasi tingkat madya.
“Hanya Puskesmas Talango yang terakreditasi Madya, sisanya terakreditasi dasar,” ungkap Fatoni.
Pelaksanaan akreditasi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan, pasal 54 ayat (1) menyatakan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan dilaksanakan secara bertanggungjawab, aman, bermutu serta merata dan non diskriminatif, dan Peraturan Kementriam Kesehatan (Permenkes) Nomor 46 Tahun 2015 Tentang Akreditasi Puskesmas.
Menurut Fatoni, akreditasi 25 Puskesmas ditargetkan akan selesai di tahun 2018. Tahun ini, pihaknya akan mengajukan akreditasi sebanyak 16 Puskesmas.
Jika ke 16 Puskesmas lulus akreditasi, sisanya 9 Puskesmas akan diajukan di tahun 2018.
“Tahun 2018 semua puskesmas di Sumenep sudah terakreditasi semua. Karena sesuai Permenkes tahun 2019 semua Puskesmas harus terakreditasi semua,” jelasnya. (Asm/hy)
