Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Moh Ali Qadri (29) warga Dusun Aeng Anyar, Desa Aeng Anyar, Kecamatan Gili Genting, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur harus berurusan dengan Polres setempat atas dugaan penipuan kerkedok akun fecebook palsu.
Pemuda yang berprofesi sebagai guru sukwan ini membuat akun facebook palsu dengan nama Eddwi Kurnianto, dengan menggunakan foto profil AKBP Eddwi Kurnianto (Pamen Polda Jatim). Lalu meminta sejumlah uang dan pulsa kepada para korbannya.
“Korban anggota polda Jatim, Imam Suhadi (39), Alamat Jl. Sememi Jaya Gg. 8 No. 14 Surabaya ini diminta sejumlah pulsa oleh pelaku melalui akan facebook palsunya,” kata Kapolres Sumenep, AKBP H Joseph Ananta Pinora kepada awak media, Kamis (6/10/2016).
Bahkan, yang menjadi korban tidak hanya anggota Polri, karyawan swasta pun menjadi korban penipuan melalui akan facebook palsu dengan mengaku menjadi anggota polisi.
“Korban Niken Ajeng (40) Alamat Kota Jakarta, yang berporfesi sebagai karyawan swasta ini diminta sejumlah uang melalui akau facebook palsu pelaku hingga Rp 1,250 juta sebanyak dua transfer,” sambungnya.
Tersangka dianggap sengaja dan tanpa hak menyebarkan berita bohong dan menyesatkan yang mengakibatkan kerugian konsumen dalam Transaksi Elektronik dan Penipuan.
“Pelaku dijerat pasal 45 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Jo. Pasal 378 KUHP,” tukasnya.
Saat ini, tersangka sudah diamankan di Mapolres Sumenep untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. (Boy/Hy)
