Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Kasus peralihan secara culas hak atas tanah di BPN Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur kembali menyeret tersangka lain. Setelah Kasi BPN, Wahyu Sudjatmiko, kini giliran kepala desa (kades) Kalimook, Kecamatan Kalianget, Murhamin ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Kejati Jatim.
Murhamin ditetapkan tersangka setelah tim penyidik menemukan dua alat bukti. Kades ini langsung dijebloskan ke rutan Madaeng Sidoarjo. Itu setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan selama enam jam sebagai saksi, dan kemudian statusnya dinaikkan menjadi tersangka.
“Jadi,setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan kurang lebih selama 6 jam. Setelah itu tim penyidik langsung melakukan penahanan”, kata Kasi Penerangan Hukum (Penkum) Kejati Jatim Romy Arizyanto
Sementara Romy Menambahkan, Dalam kasus tersebut kepala desa Bekerja sama dengan oknom BPN untuk Mempengaruhi Warga dalam Mengalihkan tanah kas desa dan setelah 14 KTP di dapat dan disetorkan kepada oknom petugas BPN sebaagai persyaratan untuk mengeluarkan Sertifikat
” Setelah sertifikat hak milik atas warga tersebut di terbitkan maka tanah tersebut di jual”,imbuhnya
Atas perbuatan yang di lakukan oleh Murhamin Melanggar Undang-Undang No 31 tahun 1999 junto dan Undang-Undang No 20 tahun 2001 pasal 2 atau 3 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,Dengan pidana penjara 20 tahun penjara. (asm/hy)
