Aneh, Polantas Sumenep Tilang Tanpa Waktu Sidang

Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Aneh, tindakan Polisi lalu lintas (Polantas) Polres Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur melakukan tilang terhadap pengendara yang melanggar di jalan Trunojoyo tanpa mencantumkan waktu dan tanggal sidang, pada Rabu (21/9/2016) lalu.

Akibatnya, pemilik kendaraan dengan nopol M 5499 W tersebut kebingungan untuk menghadiri sidang pelanggaran lalu lintas. Padahal semestinya, tanggal dan tempat sidang tertera disurat tilang.

“Ini sungguh membingungkan. Karena saya tidak tau kapan mau disidang. Kalau masalah ditilang saya tidak masalah karena saya memang melanggar lalu lintas,” kata Addus Salam (34), pemilik kendaraan, Jum’at (23/9/2016).

Kronologisnya, Abdussalam, warga Kota Sumenep berencana akan mengambil Karangan Bunga sebagai ungkapan bela sungkawa atas meninggalnya Mantan Ketua Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Sumenep dua priode, H Agus Rasyid, di Jalan Diponegoro Sumenep.

Namun, ketika saya tiba di Jalan Tronojoyo, wartawan Radio Nada FM ini, salah arah akibat tidak konsentrasi karena sedang berduka.

”Kami sudah mengakui kesalahan saya itu. Namun, meski sudah mengakui, salah satu oknum anggota Polisi tetap marah-marah dan membentak saya. Padahal, saya sedang bersama dengan anak saya yang masih berumur tiga tahun itu,” terangnya.

Ditegaskan, Surat tilang yang di tanda tangani oleh Brigpol Ismail itu, Kelihatannya sangat sepele. Tetapi, jika ditilang tanpa waktu sidang diberikan kepada orang awam, maka pasti akan kebingungan.

“Ini pembodohan kepada masyarakat. Anggota tidak jeli dan tidak teliti,” tandasnya.

Diakuinya, pihaknya sudah berupaya menghubungi Kasatlantas Polres Sumenep, AKP Nadzir Syah Basri untuk mempertanyakan kapan waktu sidang pengambilan STNK tersebut, namun tidak ada respon.

“Saya telah berkali-kali menghubungi Kasatlantas untuk menanyakan tanggal berapa harus ikut sidang, tapi tidak diangkat dan di SMS pun tidak ada balasan,” sesalnya. (Boy/Hy)
