Pelaksanaan Pengukuhan, Pelantikan dan Pengambilan sumpah Jabatan Administrator, Pengawas dan Kepala Sekolah dilakukan langsung oleh Bupati Sumenep, Dr. KH., A Busyro Karim, M. Si, memunculkan pertanyaan besar terkait mutasi yang dilakukan, Kamis (03/01/2019), lalu di Gedung Korpri, Jalan dr Cipto.
Pasalnya, mutasi jabatan tersebut, ada beberapa menjadi heran dan geleng kepala, sebab salah satu undangan dalam daftar tabel yang di ambil sumpah jabatan adalah Plt Kepala sekolah SDN Soddara II Kecamatan Pasongsongan, Hariyani A Ma Pd, sudah purna jabatan alias pensiun pada Agustus 2018 lalu.
Apakah ini ketidak becusan Dinas Pendidikan (Didik) Sumenep khususnya Bidang Pembinaan Ketenagaan tidak Profesional alias asal-asalan, menyodorkan daftar nama kepsek yang sudah pensiun ke Bupati?
Padahal, acara Pengukuhan, Pelantikan dan Pengambil Sumpah bagi Pejabat Administrator, Pengawas dan Kepala Sekolah yang dikemas dengan sangat hati-hati, kelayakan dan tidaknya untuk dilantik, khususnya dalam pelantikan Kepala Sekolah (SD) ini.
“Sangat heran Plt Kepala Sekolah sudah pensiun sesuai daftar undangan Tabel, tapi masih mau dilantik, sangat lucu kan?, Hariyani kan sudah pensiun pada Agustus 2018 lalu,” kata Rokip salah satu wartawan sumenep yang ikut prosesi pelantikan sambil menunjukkan Tabel.
Sehingga katanya, dengan adanya temuan ini nampak sekali kinerja Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Sumenep, khususnya Bidang Pembinaan Ketenagaan tidak Profesional asal nyodor alias asal-asalan. Atau dengan kata lain tidak mengamanahkan pesan dari Bupati Sumenep.
“Pejabat mempunyai Skil yang Bagus, Cerdas, Supel, berakhlak dan amanah sehingga membangun Sumenep yang kita cintai ini dengan kebersamaan yang baik, dan bupati perlu evaluasi kenerja pejabat ini,” ucapnya.
Namun, Kepala Bidang Pembinaan Ketenagaan Disdik Sumenep, Drs, Moh. Saleh. M. Mpd melalui Aplikasi WhatsAppnya dikonfirmasi terkait dengan Undangan Pengukuhan, Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah Kepala Sekolah SD yang sudah Pensiun tersebut tidak ada jawaban atau tanggapan, padahal notifikasi tanda terlihat sudah dibaca.
Sementara Acara Pelantikan dan Penguhan tersebut dihadiri dan disaksikan pula wakil Bupati Sumenep Achmad Fauzi, SH, Sekretaris Daerah Ir. Edy Rasyadi, para OPD Pemkab Sumenep dan seluruh peserta yang akan di ambil sumpah berjumlah 763 Pejabat terdiri dari Administrator dan Pengawas serta Kepala Sekolah dilantik dan disumpah oleh Bupati Sumenep
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Sumenep, A Busyro Karim, menekankan kepada semua yang hadir untuk menerapkan dua hal, yaitu untuk menjadi pejabat yang bagus harus diimbangi dengan akhlak yang bagus pula.
