SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Program bantuan pemerintah dana BST (Bantuan Sosial Tunai) kepada masyarakat penerima mamfaat yang di Desa Torjek, Kecamatan Kangayan, Sumenep diduga terjadi pungutan liar.

Bantuan sebesar Rp. 1.800.000 selama tiga bulan itu, di pungut oleh beberapa oknum perangkat desa, di wilayah dusun Pondok Kelor, Desa Torjek, pada Minggu, (21/6/2020).

Dugaan pemotongan tersebut, dilakukan Oleh T inisial, Istri seorang RT meminta uang kepada semua penerima mamfaat sebesar Rp 100 ribu, dengan Alasan yang tidak jelas.

Selain itu, seorang Kepala Dusun (Kadus) M Inisial, juga dugaan melakukan pemalakan, meminta uang sebesar Rp. 45ribu kepada semua Penerima Bantua. Dengan alasan untuk mengurus berkas saat Pengajuan Penerimaan Bantuan.

“Uang potongan itu, untuk biaya mengurus berkas saat pengajuan penerimaan bantuan,” dalih Kadus Inisial M. Saat dikonfirmasi.

Sehingga, para penerima mamfaat Bantuan Sosial Tunai dipotong total sebesar Rp. 145 ribu per orang.

Peristiwa aksi punguta liar (pemalakan red) dilakukan di Dusun Labbhuan Pasir, Desa Daandung Kecamatan Kangayan Sumenep, Setelah para penerima bantuan itu pulang.

Menariknya, pemungutan tersebut, dilakukan saat pulang ditengah hutan dengan cara di cegat oleh oknom istri RT layaknya begal.

Menurut keterangan salah satu penerima mamfaat, yang nama minta dirahasiakan, mengaku
dirinya tidak mengetahui aturan yang sebenarnya.

Sehingga, saat ada oknum Aparatur Desa yang meminta uang, dengan jumlah yang mereka minta, tanpa banyak tanya langsung memberikannya. “Kaula tak oning pak, bede aparat minta la kaula berre’e (Saya tidak tau pak saat ada aparatur desa yang minta langsung saya berikan),” Ungkapnya kepada Media.
