PAMEKASAN, (Transmadura.com) – PPeredaran Rokok Ilegal di Pamekasan, Beacukai Potensi Merugikan Negara?eredaran rokok ilegal semakin marak di Pamekasan, Madura, Jawa Timur semakin marak. Bahkan dugaan kuat terjadi kongkalikong kesepakatan jahat antara pihak Beacukai Madura dengan pelaku usaha rokok ilegal.

Buktinya, semakin kuat pengakuan dari salah satu pelaku pemilik usaha rokok ilegal merk Nce dan ST tak bercukai asal Pamekasan, mengaku hanya memiliki satu mesin produksi.

“Saya puxa 1 mesin Bos, Brp sih kekuatan mesin yg udah tua seperti puxa saya”, kata HS pemilik usaha rokok tak bercukai itu.

Dia memaparkan, pelaku rokok di kabupaten Pamekasan tidak hanya dirinya. Bahkan justru banyak yang lebih besar dan memiliki mesin produksi lebih banyak darinya. “Yang lain banyak yang memiliki mesin produksi lebih besar,” terangnya.

Aktivis Pamekasan, Syauqi mencurigai sikap dari beacukai terkesan pembiaran adanya rokok ilegal di Pamekasan dan tidak jelas dalam penindakannya.

“Keberadaan rokok ilegal di kabupaten Pamekasan ini bukan hal yang baru, tapi sudah bertahun-tahun, Pertanyaan saya kenapa justru tetap bertahan sampai sekarang dan justru tambah membeludak. Ini ada apa dengan Beacukai ?”, Ucapnya.

Menurut Syauqi sikap yang dipertontonkan oleh pihak beacukai Madura selama ini dinilai sebagai kegiatan formalitas saja dan semakin tidak jelas.

“terkadang pihak Beacukai Madura dalam momen-momen tertentu terkadang melakukan sidak terhadap gudang, Cuma pertanyaan saya hasilnya apa dan seperti apa ?”, Tegasnya .

Sehingga, pihaknya menuding potensi merugikan negara tidaklah hanya terletak pada pelaku rokok ilegal saja , Namun keberadaan Beacukai justru lebih merugikan negara, “Pihak Beacukai itu yang gaji siapa ? Kalau kerja mereka tidak benar yang rugi siapa ?,” Tanyanya dengan heran.
