Pj Kades Kades Saobi, Kecamatan Kangayan, Sumenep, Madura, yang diduga membawa kabur istri orang terancam diberhentikan dari jabatannya. Pasalnya, masalah tersebut, terus bergulir. Bahkan dapat pengawalan serius dari tokoh masyarakat (Tomas) Desa setempat mendatangi Kantor BKPSDM. Sebab erat dugaan moral itu menuntut pemberhentian Syafi’e, Spd sebagai PJ kades.
Kedatangan Tomas ke Kantor BKPSDM Kabupaten Sumenep, didampingi Plt. Camat Kangayan Nurullah, SH., Kanit Intel Polsek Kangayan Niko Sutikno, Tokoh Masyarakat Kepulauan Roval Alanov dan unsur Kecamatan Kangayan Hasanollah.
Hartono, Perwakilan Tokoh Masyarakat Saobi menjelaskan, rombongan mendatangi kantor BKPSDM, untuk menyerahkan “Berita Acara Musyawarah Kasus PJ Kades Saobi.
“Kami datang bersama rombongan untuk menyerahkan Berita Acara Kasus Pj Kades yang diduga mencedrai moralitas jabatannya,” katanya.
Sehingga, Hartono dengan tegas, atas nama masyarakat, menuntut untuk diberhentikan sebagai Pj Kades, bahkan proses hukum tetap berjalan.
Alhamdulillah kedatangan kami direspon positif oleh Pak Madjid (Kepala BKPSDM_red).” Jelas Hartono.
Sehingga, dirinya sebagai tokoh masyarakat menyangkal apa yang disampaikan PJ Kades Saobi, Muhammad Syafi’e, bahwa berdalih tidak membawa kabur istri orang, melainkan hanya melindungi.
“Itu bukan melindungi, melainkan membawa kabur istri orang. Dimana bukti-bukti terkait hal tersebut juga dilampirkan bersama dengan Berita Acara Musyawarah Kasus Pj. Desa Saobi, bahkan saksi saksinya sudah banyak,” tegasnya.
Kepala BKPSDM Sumenep Abdul Madjid, S Sos, M.Si, menyampaikan akan dilakukan pembahasan oleh tim. Sehingga atas persoalan ini pemdes bersama bagian hukum akan duduk bersama.
“Ini akan dibahas oleh tim. Yang jelas pemdes dan bagian hukum juga akan duduk bersama.” Ungkapnya.
Plt. Camat Kangayan Nurullah, SH, mengatakan, sebelum dilakukan musyawarah pihaknya sudah melakukan turun ke lapangan atas perintah Kepala BKPDM untuk kroscek kebenarannya.
“Kami sudah turun ke Desa Saobi, untuk kroscek kebenaran,” ujarnya.
Dirinya sudah mengumpulkan keterangan beberapa tomas banyak membenarkan dengan beberapa bukti bukti chatingan WhatsAAP. Bahkan warga banyak mau bersaksi.
“Tapi kami tidak bisa berasumsi, semua kami serahkan kepada yang berwenang Pemerintah Kabupaten,” tutupnya.
Terpisah, Roval Alanov, Tomas Kepulauan, menjelaskan semua sudah sesuai harapan masyarakat kehadirannya di kantor BKPSDM disambut baik dan akan diproses sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku.
“Kita bukan mencari kalah dan menang, melainkan kebenaran harus ditegakkan dan mencari solusi terbaik,” jelasnya.
Menurutnya, tuntutan hasil musyawarah kasus PJ Kades Saobi ini, yakni Masyarakat Saobi menolak Muhammad Syafi’e, S.Pd., sebagai Pj. Desa Saobi.
Mengusut tuntas pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Muhammad Syafi’e, S.Pd. Mempercepat proses pergantian Pj. Desa Saobi. Pergantian Pj. Desa Saobi harus berdasarkan kesepakatan BPD dengan Masyarakat. Mengusulkan pemberhentian sebagai aparatur pemerintahan.
“Apabila terbukti Pj. Kades Saobi melakukan perselingkuhan hingga membawa lari istri orang. yang bersangkutan dapat dikenakan hukuman disiplin dengan sanksi yang terberat diberhentikan. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 tahun 2010 Tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil,” tutupnya.
