SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Babinsa Koramil 0827/10 Ambunten Sertu Hasan ikut membantu gotong royong memasang batu bata di rumah Bapak Ahmad warga Desa Bukabu Kecamatan Ambunten Kabupaten Sumenep. Jumat (16/7/2021).
Kegiatan rehab Rumah Tinggal Layak Huni (RTLH) ini untuk memperbaiki rumah warga desa. Sasaran yang tidak layak huni menjadi layak untuk dihuni serta bertujuan khusus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memperkokoh kemanunggalan TNI dengan rakyat yang merupakan landasan utama bagi terwujudnya ketahanan masyarakat yang tangguh.
Bentuk kepedulian Babinsa selaku aparat teritorial terhadap Desa binaanya senantiasa terus dituntut untuk berpartisipasi, ikut andil dalam setiap kegiatan di lingkungan masyarakat.
“Gotong royong ini, dalam rangka mewujudkan kemanunggalan TNI dengan rakyat sebagai wahana untuk menjalin komunikasi sosial dalam kegiatan pembinaan teritorial,” kata Sertu Hasan.
Selaku Babinsa harus proaktif untuk membantu kesulitan masyarakat di wilayah binaan. Oleh karena itu, dirinya turun langsung ikut meringankan beban pak Ahmad dalam membangun rumahnya.
“Kita ini kan abdi masyarakat, jadi apapun harus kita lakukan untuk masyarakat dan mendekatkan diri dengan rakyat,” ungkapnya.
Di tempat terpisah Dandim 0827/Sumenep Letkol Inf Nur Cholis A. Md mengatakan, membantu kesulitan masyarakat sudah menjadi tanggung jawab aparat teritorial, apalagi menjadi seorang Babinsa selalu berada di wilayah binaannya.
Hal semacam ini, memang sudah barang tentu, jika di wilayahnya ada kegiatan kemasyarakatan harus babinsa terjun secara langsung.
