Aneh, Lembaga Negara DPKS Mencari Dana Rakor, Pemerhati Pendidikan Protes

SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Surat permohonan dana oleh Dewan Pendidikan Kabupaten Sumenep (DPKS) untuk menghadiri rapat kordinasi (rakor) bocor. Surat dengan nomor 050/S-DPKS/IX/2022 tertanggal 12 September 2022 mencuat menjadi viral di sejumlah group Watshapp.

Dalam perihal surat itu, DPKS mengajukan permohonan dana untuk menghadiri acara rapat kordinasi (Rakor) Dewan Pendidikan Indonesia di Solo, Jawa Tengah, pada Sabtu hingga Minggu, 24 sampai 25 September 2022.

Surat itu meminta bantuan dana untuk akomodasi 11 anggota DPKS dalam menghadiri rakor tersebut.

Surat permohonan dana itu membuat protes dari sejumlah kalangan. Alasannya, DPKS merupakan lembaga negara yang juga dapat kucuran dari APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah) di Sumenep. Tapi, sayangnya urusan rakor malah meminta proposal.

Ibnu Hajar Pemerhati Pendidikan di Kabupaten Sumenep mengaku kecewa dengan munculnya proposal urusan rakor. Sebab, rakor merupakan kegiatan kedinasan, yang seharusnya dibiayai oleh negara. “Kami sangat kecewa dengan munculnya proposal dana DPKS ini,” ungkapnya.

Menurutnya, DPKS merupakan lembaga negara yang dibiayai oleh APBD. Tapi, sayangnya masih meminta-minta dana untuk menghadiri rakor. “Kok bisa-bisanya minta dana, termasuk ke orang parpol. Ini gejala apa ya,” ungkapnya dengan nada bertanya.

Seharusnya, sambung dia, lembaga negara ini bisa menggunakan uang negara. “Tidak tahu, jika memang pemkab Sumenep dalam hal ini Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) sudah bangkrut. Kasihan bupati jika begini,” ujarnya.

Budayawan Sumenep ini menambahan, apabila permohonan itu benar, maka budaya meminta-minta ini sudah masuk ke lembaga pemerintah. “Kalau budaya meminta sudah ke lembaga pemerintah, maka ini masuk tragedi kebudayaan,” ungkapnya..

Ketua DPKS Sumenep Mulyadi belum bisa dikonfirmasi terkait ini. Saat dihubungi telpon Watshapp tidak ada respon. Demikian pula dengan pesan yang dikirim melalui Watshapp juga tidak mendapatkan balasan.
