Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) disepanjang utara Taman Jajanan Madura ( Tajamara) Desa Kolor, Kecamatan Kota, Sumenep, Madura, Jaw Timur, ternyata baru diketahui duduga sewa ke Dinas Perhubungan ( Dishub) Sumenep.
Hal itu disampaikan Kasatpol PP Sumenep Fajar Rahman, bahwa leding Sektor lokasi itu (Dishub) dan diduga sewa Stand PKL pada Dinas Perhubungan.
“PKL diduga sewa kepada Dishub Sumenep, karena leding sektornya,” katanya waktu dikonfimasi awak media Jum’ at 7/7/2017.
Sementara beberapa media melakukan konfirmasi pada pedang kaki lima (PKL) utara ( Tajamara membenarkan dengan sewa tersebut, bahwa para PKL dimintai perbulan harus bayar kepada Dinas Perhubungan Sumenep.
” Lokasi ini akan digusur, sebelumnya saya sewa bayar perbulan Pada dinas Perhubungan Sumenep sebesar Rp 24.000,” kata pedagang asal desa setempat.
Berdasarkan hasil pendataan sementara jumlah PKL yang berjualan di area Tajamara berjumlah 41 pedangang. Rinciannya 19 pedagang beroperasi di sebelah barat area yakni di jalan Trunojoyo, sedangkan 22 lainnya berjualan di sebelah utara yaitu di jalan Adirasa Sumenep.
Informasinya setiap PKL di sepanjang jalan Adirasa menyewa stand ke Dishub sebesae Rp26 ribu setiap bulan atau Rp312 ribu setiap tahun . Jika dikalikan dengan jumlah PKL maka uang yang masuk ke Dishub sebesar Rp572 ribu perbulan atau Rp6.864 juta setiap tahun.
Namun kata Fajar, saat ini kontrak antara PKL dengan Dishub telah berakhir karena akan direlokasi. “Sudah diputus,” ungkap PLt Sekretaris KPU Sumenep itu.
Rencana Relokasi itu kata Fajar, menyusul adanya rencana Pemerintah Daerah untuk membangun Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Area Tajamara. Anggaran pembangunan diambilkan dari pajak rokok sebesar Rp 4.050.000.000.
“Sesuai hasil koordinasi antara perwakilan PKL dengan Pak Bupati, PKL meminta agar penggusuran dilakukan setelah lebaran, sekarang lebaran sudah selesai. Jadi, kami akan koordinasi lagi,” jelasnya.
Fajar berjanji jika sudah keputusan baru dipastikan penggusuran akan segera dilakukan. Sementara PKL akan dipindah kearea Lapangan GOR A Yani Panglegur. “Secepatnya, mungkin bulan ini,” urainya.
Sayangnya Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Sumenep Sustono belum bisa dimintainkonfirmasi. Saat dihubungi melalui sambungan teleponnya belum merespon meskipun nada sambungnya terdengar aktif. ( Asm/ hy).
