Transmadura.com, Sumenep — Tabung uap pabrik Tahu milik Addu dan Sauki meledak mengejutkan warga Dusun Karongkang, Desa Matanair, Kecamatan Rubaru, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, Kamis 06/04/2017 sekitar pukul 13:00 wib.
Menurut Dasuki (35) salah satu warga setempat menjelaskan,

Akibat terjadinya ledakan lima orang menjadi korban, dan satu orang korban yakni Jansen Ari Irawan (12), warga setempat, putra dari Pak Saruki, meninggal dunia di lokasi kejadian.
Ia mengalami luka pada pipi bagian kiri, Pelipis kiri, belakang telinga kiri, lengan tangan kanan, Lengan belakang kiri, Paha bagian dalam kanan kiri, Pinggang belakang, serta Tengkuk belakang telinga kiri.
“Jansen Ari Irawan (12), meninggal, diduga karena terlalu banyak mengalami luka pada bagian tubuhnya,” katanya.
Menurutnya, lima orang yang menjadi korban, satu meninggal dunia diantaranya, ialah, Jansen Ari Irawan (12), putra dari Pak Saruki, Dayat (40) warga Kecamatam Kota Kabupaten Situbondo, Sahmuni (34) dan Iik (9) warga Dusun Kerongkong Desa Matanair Sumenep, dilarikan ke Puskesmas Pandian, untuk menjalani perawatan medis.
Sementara dua orang korban lainnya, tidak samapai menjalani perawatan medis di puskesmas. Mereka hanya menderita luka ringan, dan hanya menjalani perawatan jalan.
“Semua korban merupakan sesaudara atau keluaga besar pemilik pabrik tahu,” paparnya.
Bahkan akibat peristiwa itu, uap air dan air panas yang ada dalam tabung tumpah dan mengenai korban.
