Transmadura.com, SUMENEP – Aksi Siswa sebagai bentuk protes atas di keluarkannya Surat Keputusan (SK) Bupati Sumenep, tertanggal 21 Februari 2017 ratusan Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negri (SDN) Banaresep Timur 1, Kecamatan Lenteng, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, terpaksa mogok belajar, senin 20/03/2017.
Dalam SK tersebut, kepala SDN Banresep Timur I diganti oleh Asmuni yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai guru di sekolah plat merah itu. Sementara AKH Zaini dipindah tugaskan menjadi kepala SDN Ellak Lok IV, Kecamatan Lenteng.
Salah satu siswa kelas I SDN Banresep Timur I, inisial A mengaku terkejaut adanya mutasi kepala sekolah itu. Bahkan, sejumlah murid dari kelas I hingha kelas VI pulang sebelum waktunya. “Teman-teman sudah pulang tadi,” katanya sambil mengeluarkan air mata, Senin, (20/3/2017).
Akmad (45) salah satu wali siswa asal Desa Poreh, Kecamatan Lenteng mengakui jika anaknya tidak mau masuk sekolah lantaran kepala sekolah yang lama dikabarkan akan dipindah.
“Bukan karena dipaksa tidak masuk, memang tadi tidak mau masuk. Makanya saya datang kesini (sekolah) untuk mencari tahu,” katanya.
Kedatangan Akhmad itu diikuti oleh wali siswa yang lain, bahkan saat itu hampir semua siswa mendatangi sekolah dibawah binaan Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Sumenep. Saat itu wali siswa langsung menempati ruang kelas layaknya saat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) berlangsung.
“Pokoknya kalau kepala sekolah dipindah kami akan boyong semua murid disini ke sekolah lain,” kata Hj Alvia (35) wali siswa lain.
Menurutnya, sejak Akhmad Zaini menjabat sebagai kepala sekolah, SDN Banresep Timur I banyak perubahan. Salah satunya minat siswa untuk belajar semakin tinggi, bahkan pembangunan fasilitas juga mulau nampak dibandingkan kepala sekolah lama.
Itu terlihat dari jumlah siswa yang awalnya hanya berjumlah 86 siswa, saat ini sudah mencapai 102 siswa. Bahkan, saat ini jumlah siswa kelas I mencapai 25 orang dan kelas II sebanyak 27 orang yang sebelumnya hanya sebanyak 8 orang setiap tahun.
“Saya datang kesini bukan atas nama famili atau kerabat, melainkan murni mewakili anak saya. Anak saya tidak mau sekolah lagi kalau kepala sekolah saat ini dipindah,” tegasnya.
Apalagi menurutnya, Akh Zaini baru menjabat dan belum genap tiga tahun. Sehingga gagasan yang direncanakan untuk mencerdaskan putra putri mereka belum optimal.
“Kalau terpaksa kami akan melalukan demo nanti,” ancamnya.
Kepala Sekolah Akh Zaini mengatakan, dirinya tidak tahu menahau terkait keputusan Bupati Sumenep A Busyro Karim soal mutasi dirinya.
“Saya baru tahu jika saya dimutasi sejak Jum’at lalu, dan hari ini kami akan terima, dan besok akan dilakukan serah terima jabatan kepada kepala sekolah definitif yang baru,” jelasnya.
Menurutnya, meskipun ada penulakan dari wali siswa, namun dirinya tetap akan mematuhi SK yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah. “Sebagai ASN ya kami harus mematuhi semua kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh atasan,” jelasnya.
Sayangnya Kepala Dinas Pendidikan (Disdik) Sumenep, A Shadik belum bisa dimintai keterangan soal peristiwa itu. Saat didatangi ke tempat kerjanya, yang bersangkutan sedang tidak ada.
Begitupula saat dihubungi melalui sambungan telepon selulernya sedang tidak aktif. Demikian pula Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Sumenep, Hadi Soetarto tidak berkenan untuk memberikan tanggapan.
