Terpaksa dilumpuhkan dengan menggunakan timah panas karena melakukan perlawanan kepada petugas dan mencoba melarikan diri saat diamankan, dan tidak mengindahkan peringatan petugas.
“Karena membahayakan pada petugas terpaksa dilumpuhkan dengan timah panas dan mengenai betis kanan pelaku,” kata Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Suwardi, Sabtu, 18 /02/ 2017.
Penangkapan itu berdasarkan surat laporan LP/4/II/2017/Jatim/Res Sumenep/Sek Glk Glk, tanggal 4 Februari 2017. Sesuai laporan yang diterima oleh aparat kepolisian,
Aminullah telah melakukan tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor milik K.A. Syauqiw Ishom, (42), warga Dusun Guluk-Guluk Tengah, Desa/Kecamatan Guluk-Guluk, Jumat tanggal 4 Februari 2017, sekitar pukul 02.30 WIB. K.A Syauqie Ishom merupakan KA Biro keamanan Ponpes Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk.
“Sesuai hasil introgasi, pelaku mengaku telah melakukan pencurian kendaraan bermotor sebanyak dua kali dengan cara menggunakan kunci palsu,” jelasnya.
Sementara barang bukti yang disita petugas, berupa satu unit sepeda motor Honda Supra Fit dengan nomor polisi M 6122 AC. Saat ini ini pelaku telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan diamankan di Mapolres Sumenep guna menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
