Transmadura.com, Sumenep – Pemukulan di lingkar barat tehadap korban Nur Hidayat dengan Berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang sempat dikenali oleh korban beserta rekannya, pelaku pemukulan diduga merupakan oknum anggota kepolisian.
Berdasarkan ciri- cirinya, Pelaku diketahui menggunakan motor jenis Yamaha King warna hitam dengan nomor polisi (Nopol) milik anggota kepolisian.
“Kalau dari ciri-ciri motor yang digunakan, itu milik anggota polisi mas, untuk pelakunya saya dan korban tidak mengenalinya,” kata Achmad Mukhsun, Kamis 05/01/017.
Korban Nur Hidayat (23) merupakan warga Desa Babbalan, Kecamatan Batuan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur babak belur dihajar orang tak dikenal saat melintas di simpang tiga lingkar barat Desa/Kecamatan Batuan, Rabu 4/1/2016 malam.
Akibat insiden tersebut, korban mengalami luka lebam di bagian wajah. “Luka lebam di pelipis sebelah kiri, matanya bengkak dan merah, diatas mata sampai keluar benjolan,” terangnya.
Untuk itu, korban langsung dibawa oleh rekannya menuju Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr Moh Anwar Sumenep untuk mendapatkan penanganan medis dan dilakukan fisum untuk dilaporkan ke aparat penegak hukum.
“Setelah difisum di rumah sakit, kami langsung laporkan tindakan pemukulan itu ke Polsek Kota,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kapolsek Kota AKP Eko Cahyadi saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan terjadinya aksi pemukulan tersebut. Namun korban belum siap dimintai keterangan.
“Belum siap diperiksa, hingga saat ini kami masih menunggu kesiapan dari korban untuk menyampaikan keterangan dan laporan secara resmi,” paparnya.
Dijelaskan Cahya, pihaknya sudah melakukan fisum terhadap korban. Namun sekedar fisum luar. “Baru dilakukan fisum luar, untuk hasilnya kami masih menunggu keterangan pihak medis,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, pihaknya belum bisa memastikan siapa pelaku pemukulan tersebut. Bahkan dia mengklaim belum mendapatkan keterangan lengkap dari korban.
